Expertise and knowledge in reconditioningfor cleanroom garments
Our cleanroom laundry was developed together withscientific institutes almost 20 years ago. We are able towash different fabric qualities with our special deconta-mination technique. The garments are checked for re-sidual particle contamination by ASTM (modified) orHelmke-Drum.
A maximum level of disinfection is guaranteed by ourprocess, as the skin compatibility too. Regular hygienicscans and bacteriological testings of the garments byindependent institutes guarantee a good washing re-sult. Of course, our employees are constantly trained.
In addition to our cleanroom laundry, we are able to sterilize the cleanroom garments after the decontami-nation. This process step is necessary to enable theuse of cleanroom garments especially in pharmaceuti-cal industries or pharmacies. Autoclave sterilization ofthe garments offers the best efficiency and is that me-thod to be prefered by the European Pharmacopeia.The processes are developed and validated in coope-ration with a well-known pharmaceutical company.A daily review of our quality performance and the batchrecording go without saying.
The RAL-quality labels 992/1 and 992/2 for appropriatelaundry care and the certified quality management sys-tem according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 confirm ouroptimal processing and the observance of quality rele-vant processes.
WZB suggests suitable undergarments for a optimum and successful clothing
system and for hygienic and functional reasons.
Various studies have indicated that particle and microbiological contamination
could be reduce by 50 % by wearing undergarments of abrasion resistant
materials.

Expertise and knowledge in reconditioningfor cleanroom garments
Our cleanroom laundry was developed together withscientific institutes almost 20 years ago. We are able towash different fabric qualities with our special deconta-mination technique. The garments are checked for re-sidual particle contamination by ASTM (modified) orHelmke-Drum.
A maximum level of disinfection is guaranteed by ourprocess, as the skin compatibility too. Regular hygienicscans and bacteriological testings of the garments byindependent institutes guarantee a good washing re-sult. Of course, our employees are constantly trained.
In addition to our cleanroom laundry, we are able to sterilize the cleanroom garments after the decontami-nation. This process step is necessary to enable theuse of cleanroom garments especially in pharmaceuti-cal industries or pharmacies. Autoclave sterilization ofthe garments offers the best efficiency and is that me-thod to be prefered by the European Pharmacopeia.The processes are developed and validated in coope-ration with a well-known pharmaceutical company.A daily review of our quality performance and the batchrecording go without saying.
The RAL-quality labels 992/1 and 992/2 for appropriatelaundry care and the certified quality management sys-tem according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 confirm ouroptimal processing and the observance of quality rele-vant processes.
