Purpose of EasyTools
There are lots of Quality tools around that can help improving many situations of the daily quality life. The problem with many tools is that you need training and experience to use them effectively.
EasyTools is a collection of easy to use and mostly self explaining tools that everybody can use.
No need for weeks of training or years of experience.

Re-occurring issues – ask questions
How can you get a re-occurring issue?
Usually you solve a problem and you put in place an effective corrective action that prevents from re-occurring.So if you get a re-occurring issue, your corrective action was obviously not efficient.
So let’s review the issue history and find out what was wrong, not sufficient etc.
This can be supported by some simple questions instead of re-doing the whole 8D process.

Next question is looking after the root cause. Does it match with the today root cause? Maybe we had not considered other probable root causes or potential root causes.
