The Two Generator Group <U,R>

• We have 7 edges and 6 corners• The edge orientation does not change• If the two corners on the R face are in position,

you need only one U,U2 or U- to position the corners of the U face.

• You can do a 3-cycle on edges (RU2R-U-RU-R- ) U- ( R-U2RUR-UR) U

• Since U and R is odd on edges you can get all S7

Patterns on edges but this will affect the corners.

• You can orientated the corners using (RU2R-U-RU-R- ) and/or (R-U2RUR-UR)
