PROPOL offers a stunning selection of single coat renders (SCR). SCR's have been used throughout Europe, the middle East and North Africa for over 25 years. Incorporating single coat hand and machine applied products, and multi-layer insulated systems, the Monocouche range has a render solution for almost any requirement.

Monocouche is a Fast-Track through-Coloured, Weather Resistant & Durable render system. Premixed at the factory so that only water is required for mixing, they provide you with a fast-track, through-coloured, weather-resistant and durable solution which can be applied to masonry, natural stone and concrete.

SCR is a machine applied through-coloured single-coat render which can be applied to most substrates. It can be used for new build and renovation projects, normally at a thickness between 15 and 20mm.

The render is available in 48 standard colours and PROPOL's colour matching service allows you to choose almost any colour to suit your design and to complement surrounding buildings.

Our materials are mixed on site with water, applied. Depending on weather conditions, it is ready for scratching within a few hours.In addition to a broad range of standard colours and finishes, a colour matching service is available, allowing you to produce beautiful new-build and refurbished buildings in an unlimited number of finishes.
