By using GeoTags for blog posts and leveraging Sandbox, GeoBlogger allows the user to interact, communicate and obtain information and/or services based on their geographical proximity to the blog.

GEOBLOGGER: HOW IT WORKS

1. Mobile user uses Live ID credentials to authenticate

2. User requests blogs for current location and the Location Service responds with the user’s current location

3. GeoBlogger Service obtains the user’s current contact and communities from Live Spaces Service

4. GeoBlogger Service obtains the user’s current blogs from Blog Reader Service

5. User posts a blog which gets executed by Live Spaces Service

6. User updates location using GeoBlogger Service

1. Device connects to Media Server to download media content

2. Device plays media content

3. When the user hits pause, system prompts user on whether the session needs to be continued

4. If yes, the state is stored using Continuity State Management Service

5. Another device queries state from Continuity State Management Service

6. The device connects to Media Server to download and play content from the paused location

7. This process continues
