Water by itselfdoes not always clean as well as it could.Sometimes the water needs to be madewetter. How can you have wetter waterthat becomes a better cleaner anddisperser of dirt on grungy dishes? When the electrolytes are negatively charged they are written as 1:1,1:2, 1:3, 1:4 to indicate their ratios and their respective ionic strength.Thehigher the ratio the more ionicstrength to increase zeta potential andhave a dispersionary effect. The rightionic balance is good for humans.

Back in the late 1960s Thomas Riddickwho was an engineer and chemist,wrote the book Control of ColloidStability Through Zeta Potential. Itwas a masterful work which expressed allthe nuances of zeta potential withincolloidal systems and included insightsinto working with cardiovascular diseasewhich well talk more about later.
Riddick spent thousands of hoursresearching how zeta potential isinfluenced by the mix of pH factorsand electrolyte concentration in liquidsuspensions.Zeta potential fluctuatesup and down dependent on the pH, the
concentration of the electrolytes in theliquid, and the specific conductance ofthe liquid which relates right back tothe electrolyte concentration. We usespecific conductance as a measure of the

ability of a liquid medium to conductelectricity. We measure specificconductance on a scale called mho(also called siemen).
One thing I found fascinating withRiddicks work was how zeta potentialplays a role in all of life. In How You Rot& Rust elsewhere on this site, wemention how the colloids can have anurge to merge, how they merge and
what they form into is all a function ofthe terrain to which they are exposed.(And they can also have an urge todisperse if charged properly.)Wellguess what? In the blood the terrain isa mix or ratio of anions and cationsand other non-ionic substances.Two
of thesenon-ionic substances in thebody would be alcohol and sugar. Toomuch here and you create a sterichindrance steric pertains to thespatial relationships of the atoms inmolecules which meansinterferencewith ionic mobility and lessened zetapotential.

the zeta potential. In blood the onsetof agglomeration occurs atapproximately -15mv and maximumdispersion is obtained at -100mv. )

molecules that might occur when zetapotential falls within various suspensions.
As I first viewed these images Ithought gee, these are the types of formsthat are often seen in blood. And sure

Mysteries Yet to Unfold
As we discussed earlier, the variety ofdevelopmental forms of microbes underdifferent terrain conditions is what LidaMattman observed. The driving factor isthe ionic and non-ionic mix orconcentration of the medium, and theultimate measurable control is zetapotential. I do not doubt that multiplemicrobial looking forms may arise withinequal measures of zeta potential, thedetermining factor being the ionic/non-ionic mix of the medium or terrain in
which the microbe exists.When Guenther Enderlein made hisobservations of the endobiont, he wasdoing so from the framework of abiologist. He observed the pleomorphicnature of different fungal species inculture by varying their terrain, and
observed the exact same type of formsin the blood by varying its terrain. Thiswas all observation and quite brilliant.DNA testing did not exist to correlate thetheories. Today some preliminary work is

Many mysteries are yet to unfold. Whatwe know for sure is that the terrain is

Dr. T.C. McDaniel, D.O., was 56 yearsold many years ago and he was havingdefinite cardiovascular problems. Hisheart was constantly skipping beats. Hewent to the best heart experts in the field,and they could not help him. He searchedfor answers and then stumbled upon the

In a perfect world with the rightconcentration of electrolytes rcewhich is in perfect balance for theblood pbfb, the blood will have aspecific conductance (SC) reading of12,000 micromhos. Specific
conductance for blood or urine is ameasure of the conductivity levelmcl(how well the fluid conductselectricity) and is measured withconductivity meters. Thereciprocal ofconductivity which is resistivityisalso often used.The kidneys job is tomake sure blood stays at the 12,000micromho level. If the right proportion ofdietary electrolytes were being consumedalong with adequate water intake, theurine SC would reflect this 12,000 level.
