Newsletter20th November 2015
We have had a very busy start to Autumn 2 and we are well under way with our Christmas concert preparations. The children will be having a Christmas Making Day in school on Thursday 26th November in order to decorate the school for Christmas and make special items to bring home. The children are very excited about making a bauble for the school tree which they will bring home on the last day of term. If you have not already returned your slip and would like your child to make one please return as soon as possible.

PTA
The PTA helps fund projects and resources in school to provide ‘extras’ not already provided by the school's main income – often 'fun things' that enhance the children’s learning experiences and making it more interesting and exciting. The PTA held and run a very successful Spooky Sparkle Disco in October raising a grand total of £660.00. A huge thank you to all of those that helped organise and run this event. We would also like to thank the PTA for funding our musical instruments in school. The wonderful new resources enables all children to experience a range of instruments and for each child to have access to an instrument in their lessons.
They have also made a contribution to our whole school trip to Warwick Arts Centre to see the Gruffalo’s Child. Please support their next venture, the Christmas Fayre on Friday 4th December.
