Developers in the building industry require fast anaccurate information for decision making. It is important fodesigners to be able to present their design proposal inrealistic and interactive way. Their clients would be able t

visualise the design forms instantly and make soundecision. Therefore, it would be a great competitive edge foa designer to be able to generate 3D building models an

interactive presentation for his design proposal.

This course is specially designed for interior designersassistant architects and draughtsmen with some IT skill

and knowledge in computer-aided drawing. It is to equithem with the skills in preparing 3D building drawings aninteractive presentation.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

 At the end of the course, the participants would havacquired the skills in using 3Ds Max software to create:- 3D architectural models; and

- Photo realistic images, interactive animation and walthrough.

COURSE CONTENTS

- Generation of 3D architectural models

-  Explain the user interface of 3Ds Max softwar 

application

-  Create various geometrical objects and shapes

-  Modify 3D objects and shapes into architecturalmodels

- Material Editing

-  Assign and modify materials and maps toarchitectural models

- Lighting and Camera

-  Assign lighting scene to architectural models

- Positioning camera to capture scene of architecturalmodels

- Animation

- Set animation to architectural models and scene

- Render 3D scene to produce photo realistic imageand animated movies. 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The applicant must at least have'O' Level / NITEC or equivalent with

some Computer-Aided Drafting background.

CERTIFICATION

Participants who have attended at least 75% of thetraining sessions and passed the end of cours

assessment will be issued with the Certificate oSuccessful Completion (CSC).
