Digital Channel Coordinator is responsible to develop and implement digital communications strategy of WWF Indonesia in order to increase public support and strengthening WWF’s conservation mission in Indonesia.

Under the supervision of the Public Relation Manager of WWF Indonesia, Digital Channel Coordinator will lead development and implementation of digital and social media outreach of WWF Indonesia targeting public in general and specific target groups. Digital and Social media channel include among others Website, Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube
Digital Channel Coordinator is responsible for managing content of WWF Indonesia’s website, social media and and other digital channel. He/she is responsible in arranging monthly meeting with relevant staffs, at all levels, to set up editorial plan and implement the plan on day to day basis. In coordination with media officer, campaign team, advocacy team and program leaders, Digital Channerl Coordinator will be in charged to develop plan for specific online campaign to achieve specific conservation targets. He/she will also coordinate the development of digital materials on regular basis to highlight key conservation results of WWF Indonesia. He/she will provide quality assurance in the development and production of required materials, such articles, as e-cards, banners, video, and etc refering to WWF Brand guideline He/she will also responsible to monitor tren in digital/ social media and ensure critical issues are addressed timely and in quality.

Lead schedulling and content development of communications materials for WWF Indonesia’s digital media channels
- Monthly editorial plan or calendar for digital channel in accordance with WWF Indonesia’s media plan, and in coordination with WWF Network digital calender.
- Digital content, such as article, photo
stories, profile for outreach in digital channel is in line with editorial plan
Monitor WWF’s social media channels and prepare social media analysis on specific campaigns
Analyis of outreach and interactions of all digital channels every 2 months or on specific campaign period
Coordinate prompt interactions in WWF Indonesia digital channels through coordination with the relevant Directorate/ division/program and maintaining positive impresssion of WWF digital content
Comments and inquries in digital media channels are responded timely and in quality
Coordinate development of story for digital media activation in WWF Network digital channel with relevant Directorate and assist Public Relations Manager for coordination with WWF Network digital unit
Stories from WWF Indonesia key achievements/campaigns are posted in WWF Network digital channels.
Assist Public Relations Manager in providing sufficient materials to Communication & Advocacy Director and Senior Management Team for any potential media crisis emerged in digital channels
Compilation of mentions, articles, status of WWF Indonesia on identified critical issues in all digital channels.
Coordinate pre-, live and post- event contents in digital channel for exposure of public events/activation, in coordination with respective thematic Campaign Coordinator and Manager
Increase engagement of followers/likers in WWF ID digital channels campaign or public activation to ensure good profiling and positive messages/images from WWF Indonesia
Assist Public Relations Manager in quality assurance in the development and production of digital channels materials
Digital channels materials are produced according to the defined quality refering to WWF Brand Guideline

Competency Requirement

1. Formal Education Min. Bachelor in Communications/Public Relation/Social Science or other relevant studies
2. Experience
- Minimum at least 3 (three) years experiences in managing
digital and social media content - Having good track record of success in developing and
implementing digital strategy
3. Competency

- Excellent popular writing skill in English and Bahasa,
