To creatively empower leaders, teams and individuals to be positively engaged at work, school and in life.

We challenge perceptions, inspire positivity and build resilience. We focus on the personal and collective strength and inspire open communication and collaboration. People are the heart and soul of your business.

WunderTraining Founder:

Jane Wundersitz is the founder of WunderTraining. Award-winning Speaker, VIA Australian Master Trainer and Mental Toughness partner.

Jane has supported over 7,000 people to discover their strengths and has delivered to over 35,000 participants. She is one of today’s influential voices bringing robust research into positive culture, high-performance teams, engagement, resilience, emotional intelligence and positive leadership to the workplace with energy and oomph.

Jane has 20 years’ experience in Training and Organisational Development and has worked in International, State and Senior roles in Australia and the UK.

She began WunderTraining in 2012 with a view of business as a human enterprise- where culture, teams and people matter. Jane believes that developing mentally agile team members, strengthening team dynamics, consistent leadership development and culture re-alignment, is the path to business sustainability.

Her strengths of curiosity, fairness, hope, love of learning and social intelligence have fueled the development of 22 resource-rich, workshops, that are highly relevant to today's workplace.

Jane has supported 1000’s of executive and senior leaders in their journey and loves teams.

New programs are aligned to emerging trends in the workplace and in readiness for predicted trends that will impact the way we work, connect and communicate.

Jane’s niche is understanding the complexities of culture development and strategic team development. Her accumulated wisdom is vast, and a brief conversation usually has her excited to share a plan of the path forward.

Her passion for training began in her early 20’s; leadership success lead her to training roles. Her ability to deliver results attracted a secondment to the United Kingdom in her mid 20’s as a National Training Manager. She then spent over a decade at the ethical and values driven ‘The Body Shop’ in people and culture development.

Empathetic listening gets inside another person's frameof reference and is an entirely different paradigm. Participants increase their self-awareness, discover strategies to capture the whole of the message, listen for potential and stay above the detail.

partnerships falls short. Participants identify what your organisation is already doing. Then using a mix of Appreciative Inquiry and the six hats thinking framework, participants discuss and decide on a goal and actions aligned to a SDG area. They also leave with a personal action plan shared with and an accountability partner.
