公司历程：2017年6月22日， 是武汉瑞威特公司成立15周年的日子。在

过去的十五年里，瑞威特人团结一心，迎难而上，不断创新进取，取得了卓越的成绩。回首过去，我们的不凡来自公司历年来的发展，为记录这段创业发展历史，特编写公司发展大事记，以此来激励瑞威特人去创造更辉煌的未来。

Brief

As a leading provider of riveting machines and equipment in China,

Wuhan Rivet Machinery designs, manufactures and supports reliable and

economical riveting products for the automobile, motorcycle, aerospace,

hardware and architectural industries. Our company’s products and

tailored services include radial riveting, orbital riveting and ladder making

riveting with various features and specifications.。Wuhan Rivet Machinery is a Chinese private science and technology

enterprise founded in June 2002. Our global reach has expanded over the

years, making us a large manufacturer and service provider for riveting

machines today. In 2012, the company partnered with Wuhan University

and built the only national riveting technology research lab, to develop the

third generation Wheel-hub Bearing Intelligent riveting machine and CNC

Turret riveting machine. Wuhan Rivet Machinery received the prestigious

“High and New-tech Enterprise” award from the National Government in

2012.

瑞威特发展大记事：

1.2002年6月24日,公司成立,注册资本金50万元。

2.2002年7月29日,首台BM9铆接机销往无锡。

3.2003年3月11日,通过深圳鹏程认证中心ISO9000质量体系认证。

4.2003年3月13日,广州华纳公司批量订购JM3TQ铆接机27台,这是公

司成立以来所接的第一大单。

5.2004年9月21日,上海人本轴承定够首台轮毂轴承铆接机JM30,史称

第一代轮毂轴承铆接机。

6.2005年5月15日,公司首台数控无铆钉铆接机交付上海布朗天窗公司。

7.2005年10月14日,公司首台气动自动送料铆接机ZDMQ售往莱尔德

（宁波）公司。

8.2006年8月26日,美国Orbitform公司一行5人来公司考察,双方就合作事

宜进行商谈,至此本公司与Orbitform公司的合作开始。

9.2006年11月8日,公司取得自营出口许可证。

10.2007年5月25日,公司首次自营出口阿联酋的2台无铆钉铆接机启运。

11.2007年7月8日,毛坦厂区举行开工仪式

12.2007年12月3日,公司商标获得注册。

13.2008年3月8日,应上海人本集团公司要求开发的第二代轮毂轴承铆接

机发往上海。

14.2008年9月9日，公司整体搬迁至毛坦厂区。

15.2009年3月10日,本公司梯铆接设备开始批量出口印度。

16.2010年2月10日,中国最大吨位径向铆接机JM50在瑞威特诞生，并于

当日发往杭州用户。

17.2010年4月,公司首获洪山区科技三项费用拨款。

18.2010年5月,首获武汉市技术攻关拨款。

19.2010年6月21日,公司总经理荣获2009年度洪山区十大创业人物殊荣。

20.2010年9月,公司双缸气压铆接机成功申报国家创新基金。

21.2010年10月,公司注册资金增至2000万人民币。

22.2011年1月12日,区工会来公司验收，授予本公司2010年度和谐企业。

23.2011年6月20日,数控气冲铆发往西安航天发动机厂，本公司数控产品

正式进入航天领域。

24.2012年2月7日,自冲铆研制成功，并发往杨中用户。

25.2012年4月18日,与武汉大学动力与机械学院签订《产学研协议》

26.2012年5月22日,飞机刹车片铆接机研发成功，并发往南航湖北分公司

修配厂。

37.2012年6月6日,与武汉大学签订专项协议，合作研发第三代轮毂轴承

铆接机。

38.2012年6月8日,公司数控梯铆接机通过用户验收。

1.June 24,2002, “Rivet“ was established with registered capital of Five hundred

Thousand RMB.2.July 29,2002, the first riveting machine model BM9 sold to Wuxi.

3.March 11,2003, Approved ISO：9000 quality system certification.

4.March 2003, Warner company placed a large order with 83 sets of pneumatic

riveting machine.

5.Sep.21,2004，first wheel hub bearing riveting machine sold to Shanghai.

6.May 15，2005，first skylight rivetless riveting machine dispatched to Shanghai.7.Oct.2005，first pneumatic automatic feeding riveting machine sold Laird （Ninbo）.

8.August 2006,The G.M of ”Orbitform“ from United statas companyh have visited

us to discussing cooperation affairs.

9.May 25,2007 ,first export 2 sets of rivetless riveting machine to UAE.

10.July 8,2007, New factory opening ceremony.

11,December 3, 2007. Company trake mark to be registered.

12.March 8,2008. Second generation hub bearing riveting machine

13.March 10,2009. first ladder making machine exported to India

14.Feb 2010. China's largest heavy duty radial riveting machine was born and

dispatched.

15.April 2010. Obtained government technology promotion funding.

16.May 2010. Obtained technology researching funding of Wuhan.

17June 21,2010. Company owner Mr.Tang obtained title of top business

figure.

18.Sept.2010. Double cylinder pneumatic riveter apply for National

innovation fund successfully.
