Schedule the send date in your calendar. Then schedule a day and time to write the content. By scheduling these tasks you’ll be motivated to complete them. A regular blog will provide you with plenty of content. A theme can also help. Reflect on current events or recent work with clients. Source content that clients may be able to use. Whatever newsletter system you use, set up a template that you can re-use. This enables you to quickly add content and images. Send yourself a test email to check that all the links work and that the newsletter looks the way you intend it to.
