The purpose of this source is to inform its readers about the history and

current state of Jamaica in areas including geography, people and society,

government, economy, energy, and military. This source is used for general

information. The limitations of this source are that the information does not go into

depth; there is only about a paragraph maybe two available on each topic. The

weakness of this source is it inability to provide more detailed supporting

information. The strength of this source is that it is released be a reliable agency.

This source will be used in my project. The purpose of this source will be to provide

general background information.

The main purpose of this source is to correlate the history of Jamaica with

photos. The source is used to inform its readers about the history of Jamaica and

providing images to assist. I see no limitations or weaknesses in this source. The

strength of this source is that is provides various pictures that go along with

important information. I do not know if this source will be used yet. This is because I

haventfigured out how to obtain access to the pictures so that I can use them in my

PowerPoint.

The purpose of this article is to address the issues of juvenile crime and the

possible affects Jamaican track athletes can have on the issue. This source is used to

present the question of the possible affects Jamaican track athlete can have on

crime. The limitation of this source is that it does not include any insight of a native

Jamaicans. This source will be used in my project. It will be used to show how

popular specific Jamaicans are.

culture. This source is used to inform its reader about a little of the history of one

part of the Jamaican culture. The limitation of this source is that is does not have

much information about Jamaica as a country. The strengths of this source are that

has comments that show different point of view. This source will not be used in my

project. It will not be used because this source does not appear to be reliable and it

is off topic.

The purpose of this source is to promote tourism. The source is used to show

the most popular sites to visit in Jamaica. The limitation of this source is that it does

not include information about how or why these sites are so popular. The strength

of this source is that it allows for different popular cities and locations to research. I

do not know yet if this source will be used in my project.
