The WP series in-line flow monitors are designed forcontinuous monitoring or intermittent use for trouble-shooting or commissioning industrial or mobilehydraulic systems up to 240 bar.
The tubular scale is easily read through the clearpolycarbonate window and ensures checks can bemade to determine pump performance and setting offlow control valves. The unit is fully sealed forweather tight or wash down applications. An optionalPyrex safety glass window is available.
Wetted seals are available in Buna (standard),Vi t o n®, EPR or Kalrez ®, so compatibility withhydraulic fluids in mobile, industrial or otherapplications such as lubrication or coolant systemsis not a problem.
The WP series flow monitors do not require straightinlet or outlet piping or require vertical installation.The advanced design of the sharp edged orificeensures good reliability over a wide viscosity rangeand minimises the effect of contamination. A c c u r a c yis 2.5% over the centre third of the scale and 4%over the entire flow range.

The WP series in-line flow monitors are designed forcontinuous monitoring or intermittent use and idealfor checking air compressor output or testingpneumatic machinery and tools for correct airconsumption. All monitors are calibrated at 21°C and6.9 bar (100 psi) as standard, so eliminating theneed for look-up tables for most applications. T h etubular scale is easily read through the clearpolycarbonate window and ensures checks can bemade to determine compressor performance andsetting of flow control valves.
The unit is fully sealed for weather tight or washdown applications. An optional pyrex safety glasswindow is available. Wetted seals are available inBuna (standard), Viton®, EPR or Kalrez®, socompatibility with all pneumatic systems in mobile,industrial or other applications is not a problem. The WP series in-line flow monitors are designed forcontinuous monitoring or intermittent use and idealfor checking power unit output or testing hydraulicmachinery and tools for correct flow rates.
The tubular scale is easily read through the clearPyrex window and ensures checks can be made todetermine pump performance and setting of flowcontrol valves. The unit is fully sealed for weathertight or wash down applications. Wetted seals areavailable in EPR (standard), Viton® or Kalrez®, socompatibility with all hydraulic systems in mobile,industrial or other applications is not a problem.
The WP series flow monitors do not require straightinlet or outlet piping and can be installed in anyorientation. The advanced design of the sharpedged orifice ensures good reliability over a wideviscosity range and minimises the effect ofcontamination. Accuracy is 2.5% over the centrethird of the scale and 4% over the entire flow range.

The WP series in-line flow rate alarms are ideal forprotecting hydraulic or pneumatic systems bysounding an alarm if flow passes a preset level.Typical applications include monitoring the minimumflow in lubrication systems and protecting againsthigh flows. A flow rate alarm will rapidly pay for itselfby reducing down time and avoiding damage tocritical equipment.
All WP flow rate alarms include all the features of astandard WP flow rate monitor in addition to havingan easily adjustable dry contact switch. The switchconnects via a standard Hirschmann plug and only ascrewdriver is required for set-up. The unit is fullysealed for weather tight or wash down applications.The WP series flow monitors do not require straightinlet or outlet piping and can be installed in anyorientation. The advanced design of the sharpedged orifice ensures good reliability over a wideviscosity range and minimises the effect ofcontamination. Accuracy is 2.5% over the centrethird of the scale and 4% over the entire flow range.
