My Dear IASAP Members, It gives me immense pleasure to announce the dates, venue and costs for the “WOW 2013” Convention of the Indian Association of Secretaries & Administrative Professionals, to be hosted by the Bangalore Chapter. Our theme, WOW stands for “Women of Wisdom”. It could also be interpreted as “Women of Worth”. This is our 13
th National Convention, in the year
2013. It also happens to be the Silver Jubilee Year for Bangalore Chapter. We are going to wow you in Bangalore, so please hold the dates on your calendars and start preparing to be in the most happening City. My team and I extend a super warm welcome to each and every one of you, to the Silicon Valley of India – Beautiful Bangalore. Dates: 29

In order to promote The Secretary & Administrative Professional Contest, the SAPC All India Finals will be held on 29
th September 2013, so we get
maximum exposure in the Press and to special invitees at the Inauguration. Venue: The Park Sheraton @ Brigade Gateway, Bangalore. It is Bangalore’s newest 5 Star Deluxe jewel hotel and within the first year of its operation has won the HICSA for “Best New Hotel (2011) South Asia” and several other awards. www.sheratonbangalore.com. Payments to be made to “IASAP, Bangalore” by Demand Draft only. No cancellations and No substitutions. However, in cases of delegate hospitalization or death in family – 50% will be refunded. Side Tours: We are negotiating with various hotels and tour operators for those who would like to go on side trips to Mysore, Ooty, Coorg, etc. The best dates suggested for this would be between 2
nd October and 6
th October 2013, so plan your
travels accordingly. We will send out this information along with the Brochure. All correspondence, submission of forms, etc. to be through Chapter Chairpersons only, addressed to [email protected]. No individual queries will be attended to. Since we are starting out a year in advance and are in the process of finalizing our Speakers and other details, the Brochures will be ready and sent out in March 2013 to all Chapter Chairpersons for distribution. Those registering for the Early Bird Offer, could fill in the e-form and send it to us with the payment, to the address that will be mentioned on the form. This is a personal request to all members to come forward with Sponsorships, prizes & gifts. We are very excited in Bangalore and look forward to seeing the largest delegation ever, at an IASAP National Convention. Look out for more updates coming your way.
