Lay out each room and piece of equipment. Assign each musician to their instruments and parts. You can even assign who sits where! Assign other roles too, such as nursery duty, ushers, and parking attendants.

With everything stored and searchable, it’s easy to plan a service. Choose the songs you want from the songlist, put them into a playlist, add other things such as prayers and sermons to the event list, assign who does what, and you’ve planned out an entire service.

Each participant types in their availability. When you schedule practices and events, you can see who is available and who isn’t. Press a button and the software sends an email to everyone telling them what their role is and when all the practices and events are. They respond by accepting or rejecting the schedule. So you know who is coming and who needs replacing.
