1. Animal Rules: a. Each vendor is responsible for researching and complying with all current laws regarding their animals. b. No venomous or devenomized animals are allowed. c. All animals must be healthy and acclimated. d. All animals must be sold in secure containers. e. Animals must be displayed in closed containers and / or tanks that children cannot reach into. f. Each vendor is responsible for providing customers with appropriate receipts and any required notices for each sale. g. NO LIVE Rodent/ Mammal/ Bird sales allowed. 2. Permits and Taxes: a. Each vendor is responsible for obtaining the proper permits for sales. b.Each vendor is responsible for paying the appropriate local, state, & federal taxes based on their sales. 3. Alcohol or Smoking is not permitted in the building. 4. Vendors shall hold Reptile Super Show, the show coordinators, and staff, harmless from all claims beyond the price of the booth fee. Reptile Super Show, show staff, and convention center staff reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any vendor not in compliance with the above rules and without refund for the booth fee. Vendors assume full responsibility for all animals brought to the show, and any injuries caused by animals brought by a vendor are the sole responsibility and liability of that vendor. Vendors assume full responsibility for safeguarding their belongings, merchandise, and animals from theft or damage during the event.By signing below, I declare and certify that I am over 18 years of age, that I am authorized representative of the Vendor, and that I agree to the above stated rules on behalf of myself and the Vendor. If I have brought children under 18 years of age to the Reptile Super Show with me, I agree to be fully responsible for them and I agree to the above stated rules for them.
