“I send my warmest congratulations to the Department of Tourism (DOT) and Military Historical Tours for jointly organizing these fun and educational “Reunion in the Philippines” Tours.

These tours, which aim to bring back to the Philippines American servicemen & women who fought side by side with us during WWII, or who were formerly stationed at Subic Bay or Clark AFB, is a welcome boost in our efforts to promote the country as a premier tourist destination.

As you embark on these sentimental journeys and relive cherished memories with your fami-lies, it is my hope that you will also recount your positive experiences to all your loved ones back home. Indeed, the endearing warmth and hospitality of our people is the most precious asset of our tourism industry.

Join me in working towards greater peace, progress, and prosperity.”

Mabuhay kayong lahat! Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” C. Aquino III President, Republic of the Philippines

Bataan and Corregidor. Forever linked together in the tragic defeat and brutal treatment of American Forces at the hands of the Japa-nese Military, these battles will always be remembered for the fierce defense by American and Filipino troops, fighting side by side against overwhelming odds. Caba-natuan POW Camp was the site of the daring rescue of some of the survivors of the “Death March” and we will go there to commemorate this successful rescue mission behind enemy lines.

Military Historical Tours is proud to offer another

a very special tour to the Philippines with our partner Valor Tours to return to these WWII Battlefields to commemorate the service and sacrifice of both nations during the Pacific War. We hope you can join with the veterans and all those with an interest in WWII history as we follow in the footsteps of those who served in the Philippine Islands and were subjected to the

horror of the “hellships” as they were moved to mainland Ja-pan.
