The WTC SDR project is funded by a grant from the

Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

Accordingly, this solicitation and future Design-Build

contract are subject to applicable FTA requirements.

Appendix C SOQ Template Team Qualifications

Lead Designer – Form D

• Minimum of five key relevant projects worked on in the past 10 years and identify at least

two Similar Projects completed or commenced within in the last five years.

Lead Contractor & Key Subcontractor – Form E

• Lead Contractor: Minimum of five key relevant projects worked on in the past 10 years (with

a focus on Similar Projects and projects substantially involved in over the past 5 years) and

at least two Similar Projects completed or commenced within the last five years.

• Key Subcontractors: performing concrete or steel repair techniques must have a minimum

of five years' experience and with at least two key relevant projects completed within the

past three years.
