使用守則
1. 沒有此許可証之貨車一概不進亞洲國際博覽館貨車調度區。在進入亞洲國際博覽館貨車調度區前，所有貨車輛必須在車証上之指定時間到達博覽館貨車等候區（如圖所示）報到。當貨車車輛到達貨車等候區後，必須出示由大會發出適用於該時段之貨車車輛許可証，並於貨車等候區排隊等候在場保安人員指示。保安人員會根據會場貨車調度區之交通情況向輪候之司機發出一張往來証明書。司機必須攜同貨車車輛許可証及往來証明書於 30分鐘內前往亞洲國際博覽館貨車調度區進場。
2. 載貨車輛必須附有電動升降台（尾板）。
3. 此証不得轉讓他人使用。 4. 此証 必須貼於貴公司所派貨車之擋風玻璃上。 5. 此証之影印副本及其他副本均一律無效。
6. 場館或授權人士可在沒有預先通知的情況下，拒絕持有此証之貨車車輛進入。 7. 此証不適用於載客私家車。 8. 司機必須留在貨車上。
9. 載貨車輛必須完成上落貨后需即時離開 , 違例者會被徵收額外費用。
CONDITIONS
1. All Goods Vehicles without this Goods Vehicle Pass will be denied admittance into
the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) Marshalling Area. Before proceeding to the
Marshalling Area ., all goods vehicles must first proceed to the Expo Goods
Staging Area (as indicated) according to the time specified on this Goods Vehicle
Pass. Upon Goods arrival at the Expo Goods Staging Area , the driver must present
this Goods Vehicle Pass , queue up and wait for further instructions from the security.
A Goods Entry Pass will be issued by the security, the driver must then proceed to
the AWE Marshalling Area within 30 minutes with this Goods Vehicle Pass and the
Goods Entry Pass.
2. All Goods Vehicles must have electric platform (tail lift) to unload the goods.
3. This Goods Vehicle Pass is not transferable.
4. This Goods Vehicle Pass must be prominently displayed on the windshield of your
Goods Vehicle.
5. Photocopies and other copies of this Goods Vehicle Pass are not valid.
6. AWE or authorized person has the right to refuse entry of the Goods Vehicle with
this permit without prior notice.
7. This Goods Vehicle Pass is not valid for private passenger cars.
8. All drivers must stay inside the goods vehicles at all time.
9. Drivers are requested to leave immediately after loading/unloading .
Failure to comply will imply the payment of a penalty

• Hong Kong is basically a free port. Only 3 types of commodities are subject to import duties : tobacco, alcohol and hydrocarbon oil
• All other commodities can be imported without payment of import duties
• No Vat (Value Added Tax) or GST • (Goods & Service Tax) applies• The customs clearance procedure is carried out
at the respective points of entry I.e. sea, air, land terminals of Hong Kong
• An ATA Carnet is not obligatory but Hong Kong Customs Authorities do honour such documents in Hong Kong
