World Series Tijuana, Mexico 2012 The World series concluded in style with the last leg in Tijuana, Mexico. Peter Waterfield and Tom Daley took bronze in the 10m synchronised event, and also became the overall World series Champions for 2012. Chris Mears, with his 3m synchro partner Nicholas Robinson-Baker, took silver, only beaten by China. This is Chris’ first Senior International medal, and what a time to do it. GB took 9 medals over the 4 legs of the World series, 1 x gold, 5 x silver and 3 x bronze – an amazing medal haul! All is now gearing up for the European Championships in Eindhoven, Holland from 15 th -20 th May and then the Olympic trials in Sheffield on 8 th -10 th June, when the Olympic team will be announced.
