Provide mixed and uncured rubber in three basic forms: Banbury mixed slab stock -
batched off Extruded sheets with widths
up to 38 and thicknesses from 0.063 to 0.833
Calendered sheets produced on our four-roll calenderwith widths up to 48
Specialize in preparing rubber to meet specific weight, thickness, and size requirements.In-process quality control data such as Mooney, Specific Gravity, and Modulus can be provided for each batch of material. Other data can be generated as required by customers.
CURING PROCESS
Rubatex produces compression molded sheet stock and specialty items such as automobile mats and footwear components. Our molding equipment includes more than thirty presses, many of which have ram diameters from 32" to 42" and platen widths from 36" to 52".
