Directions: Take the A376 to Exmouth from the motorway (Junction 30). At the second roundabout (After M5 Junction) take the B3179, signposted Woodbury, Budleigh Salterton. Having passed through Woodbury take the next turning right, Signposted B3179, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton. At the top of the hill turn right, Signposted B3179, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton. Continue straight on towards Budleigh Salterton (B3179) Ignore all signposts to Exmouth. Ground will be clearly marked.

Rounds: Saturday 18th August – World Archery ranking round followed by an Individual Head to Head.

For the Recurve 70m ranking round there will be 4 archers per target shooting in 2 details at a single 122cm face. For the Compound 50m ranking round there will be 4 archers per target shooting in 2 details at individual 80cm 6 zone face. Time allowed will be 4 minutes per end. On completion of the round there will be a 45 minute break whilst the seedings for the head to head are completed. Note that it may be necessary to apply a ‘Cut’ to the seedings to allow the Head to Head rounds to complete within a sensible time. This will be decided based on the number of entries and targets available for the eliminations rounds nearer the date.

The WA 60m Cadet rounds and the Archery GB equivalent Junior rounds will also be available and attract record status, but will not count towards the Head to Head. Please speak to the organiser for more details.

Sunday 19th August – Ladies and Gentleman’s Single World Archery 1440 Star and Metrics. There will be 4 archers per target shooting in 2 details. Arrows will be shot in ends of 6 in 4 minutes throughout the entire day. In the afternoon all senior archers will shoot on individual 80cm 6 zone faces, juniors on full 80cm faces, unless there is a strong desire otherwise.

Entry Fee: Single Day £16.00. Both Days £32.00. DCAS Junior passes only count towards the Sunday.

Entries will only be processed in order of receipt of payment however priority will be given to entries for both days.

All refunds will be at the discretion of the Tournament Organiser, but none will be made after the closing date.

Awards: Exmouth - 1st, 2nd& 3rd for Lady & Gent, Recurve & Compound for each day. There will be no awards for the 2 days combined.

DCAS - Medals will be awarded on the following basis - 1st - 1 Archer, 2nd - 4 Archers, 3rd – 7 or more Archers.

In both cases awards will be made to Archers shooting rounds appropriate to their age and gender.

Start Time: Both days registration from 8:00 am. Assembly at 8:45 followed by 2 ends

of practice. The competition will start immediately afterwards. Equipment inspection will be during practice period.

Closing Date: Midnight, Sunday 29th July after which no refunds will be given.

Camping: This event will be held on the football pitches so camping will be available

on our normal grounds. Please contact the Tournament Organiser. Alternative camping is available nearby. Please see our website for details. Refreshments: Refreshments will be available throughout the weekend.

Notes: Drug Testing: Record status shoots will be liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply; If they refuse that refusal will be treated as a positive result.

Declaration: When signing the entry form you are declaring that you will comply with Archery GB rules on dress, and that you are a paid up member of Archery GB or World Archery (Please ensure you bring your membership card as it will be checked at registration)

Photography: Persons wishing to take photographs/video at this tournament must sign the log book held with the Tournament Organiser.

Practice: Practice will be available on the field from approximately 3pm on the Friday.

Liability: Exmouth Archers, Devon and Cornwall Archery Society and East Devon District Council and their members cannot accept responsibility for injury or any loss from, or damage to vehicles or property left on the grounds.
