Now a day, HPLC & Bioreactor is one of the most demanded technologies for jobs. A lot of positions offered by life sciences industries where approx 60-80% industries are always looking for those candidates who have technical knowledge of advanced equipments such as NMR/ IR/HPLC/GLC/MS/Bioreactor & RT-PCR. All pharma/ biotech / food, beverage & chemical industries etc regularly need HPLC & Bioreactor trained candidates. Most of the colleges & universities are not having HPLC & Bioreactor for lab training. In India, some of the companies fulfill the requirements of students by giving hands-on training on HPLC & Bioreactor & charges approx Rs. 6000- 10000 for the same. Most of students are struggling for job after completion of their degree because of lack of technical knowledge of such demanded technologies.
