Moot court is a law school activity and competition during which students participate in the preparation and arguing of cases in front of judges.

Participating teams submit 2 memorials (memorandum) of claimant & respondent
+ Each oralist is allocated a fixed period of time (20mins) to present the arguments in front of a panel of judges.+ The claimant has 5mins to rebut.+ The respondent has 5mins to surrebut.
