Since April 2018, Friem Spa, an expert in static energy conversion systems for industrial applications, has become the majority shareholder in the start-up. Friem Spa is a leader in new technologies applied to high power converters, such as Diode, Thyristor or IGBT, using the most advanced electronics and digital control. Thanks to this collaboration it will be possible to develop the Ultra Fast direct current charging station (power > 50 kW DC), integrating the energy storage option.

Yess.energy has a strategic value for the group as, in full coherence with the Industrial Plan ‘18-’22 just approved, it allows a decisive step to be taken in the market of e-mobility, Energy Storage and IoT (Internet of Things) applied to the recharging of electric vehicles that over the next few years will have an exponential development both in Italy and in the rest of the world.

SICUREZZA E ASSICURAZIONE Y-PLUSAssicurazione per l’Ev Driver: offriamo un’ampia tutela al conducente del mezzo (EV Driver) per i 3 giorni successivi alla ricarica effettuata utilizzando la l’applicazione smartphone YessApp.

L’assicurazione comprende:Assistenza legale, rimborso carro attrezzi, rimborso autoscuola per recupero dei punti patente.

Assicurazione per il Gestore delle stazioni di ricarica: per i 3 mesi successivi all’installazione della nuova colonnina, il Gestore ha inclusa la polizza a Tutela Legale a favore di problemi sorti sulla colonnina o causati da persona con cui l’attività ha contatti.

Assicurazione per le colonnine: tutela contro atti vandalici, eventi atmosferici, urto di veicoli, urto ai veicoli in carica subito da veicoli, furto della colonnina, con un rimborso da 2.000 fino a 70.000 euro.

ATTIVITA’ Y-PLUSAssistenza e Sopralluogo: Yess.energy offre il servizio di manutenzione hardware e software ordinaria e straordinaria (HW&SW) attraverso un canone agevolato comprensivo di garanzia estesa fino a 5 anni su tutti i nostri prodotti.

Offriamo un servizio di sopralluogo anche in fase di prevendita, entro le 48 ore, utile a dimensionare e valutare i lavori di allacciamento elettrico, le modifiche edili e/o aggiunta di elementi di protezione come pensiline o tubolari antiurto. Il servizio è garantito su tutto il territorio italiano e per casi particolari prevediamo: SLA entro le 8h lavorative e installazioni a livello europeo.

Inoltre per tutti i Clienti che acquistano colonnine per la ricarica collegate alla rete internet, attiviamo la manutenzione software, abilitante i servizi software per il Gestore e per l’utilizzatore dell’applicazione smartphone YessApp.

Insurance for the EV Driver: we offer a wide protection to the driver of the vehicle (EV Driver) for 3 days after charging using the smartphone application YessApp.

L’EV Driver, inteso come utilizzatore finale della colonnina, dopo essersi autenticato sulla YessApp, potrà vedere la posizione del punto di ricarica e prenotarla in base all’arrivo stimato. A fine ricarica l’applicazione addebiterà sull conto dell’utente il costo del servizio mediante c/credito o anche con una carta RFID rilasciata dal Gestore, personalizzata e collegata con il sistema di pagamento Yess.energy.

Inoltre è possibile:

• Controllare lo storico delle prenotazioni

• Inserire il codice del proprio coupon in mod da poter attivare promozioni o sconti forniti da supermercati, palestre e parcheggi

• Inserire il codice dipendente in modo da poter attivare sconti riservati

• Inserire il cod ice parcheggio in modo da poterattivare diverse tariffe giornaliere e/o settimanali in base ad orari di ricarica prestabiliti

• Inserire il codice sosta in modo da poter ottenere le prime “n” ore o kW free

The EV Driver, intended as the end user of the column, after logging in to the YessApp, will be able to see the position of the charging point and book it based on the estimated arrival. Il Gestore potrà supervisionare i punti di ricarica di sua proprietà/gestione con il completo controllo sullo stato delle colonnine: libera/occupata, prenotazioni in essere e se manutenzione.

Il Gestore potrà impostare criteri di costo della ricarica combinati con particolari sconti in base a campagne marketing , benefit dipendenti o indicando determinate ore/giorni della settimana.

Il Gestore attraverso il pannello di controllo potrà impostare i contenuti dell’area a lui dedicata, visibile dagli utenti su Mobile presente sulla YessApp. Ogni Pin sulla mappa identifica una colonnina e una volta cliccato si apre una finestra con immagini e dati sull’Attività del Gestore, informazioni commerciali e tecniche sulla colonnina utile alla ricarica.

Comunicare i consumi al Ministero dei Trasporti (PNIRE - Piano Nazionale Infrastrutture Ricarica Elettriche).

In futuro potremo offrire i seguenti servizi:

• Il Gestore pubblico o privato potrà rielaborare i dati (es. targhe) rilevate tramite una webcam integrata bordo colonnina -videosorveglianza- per fini statistici o per controllo sosta del veicolo in regola o nel caso sanzionabile da personale preposto

• Saranno inseriti sulla colonnina dei sensori di prossimità che permetteranno la lettura della targa come riconoscimento per l’addebito della ricarica in automaticamente senza RFID o YessApp

The Operator can supervise the charging points of his property / management with complete control over the status of the columns: free / busy, reservations in place and if maintenance.

The Operator can set charging cost criteria combined with special discounts based on marketing campaigns, employee benefits or indicating certain hours/days of the week.

Through the control panel, the Operator can set the contents of the area dedicated to him, visible to users on the Mobile present on the YessApp. Each Pin on the map identifies a column and once clicked, a window opens with images and data on the Operator’s activity, commercial and technical information on the column useful for recharging.

Communicate consumption to the Ministry of Transport (PNIRE - National Infrastructure Plan for Electricity Reloads).

In the future, we will be able to offer the following services:

• The public or private Operator can process the data (e.g. license plates) collected via an integrated webcam column edge -videosurveillance- for statistical purposes or to check the vehicle in order or in case sanctioned by staff

• Proximity sensors will be inserted on the column to allow the reading of the license plate as recognition for charging the recharge automatically without RFID or YessApp

Interoperability - eRoaming

L’interoperabilità consente a un EV Driver di riuscire a ricaricare senza particolari strumenti o iscrizioni, come tessere Rfid o abbonamenti. Utilizzare il software Yess.energy, sia tramite App che RFID, è una soluzione!

Interoperability allows an EV Driver to reload without any special tools or registration, such as Rfid cards or subscriptions. Using Yess.energy software, both via App and RFID, is a solution!

YessApp is interoperable and can recharge on other operators’ columns as if they were Yess.energy columns. For example, when the end user uses the YessApp on a column managed by Operator 2, there will be an instant and automatic exchange of data between Yess.energy and Operator 2, in order to authorize the transaction, activate the column, account for the recharge and charge the amount to the end user’s card.The end user will always pay the service provider with YessApp.In the same way this happens using the App. Yess.energy has decided to enrich its offer with interoperability services, becoming part of the Hubject network.

Hubject is a software platform that allows you to connect the charging infrastructure in Europe. With just one App, the user has access to the columns of the world’s largest eRoaming network, expanding the possibilities of recharging and avoiding the need to find a column to recharge the car along the route set.

Hubject is a European ‘customer-friendly’ charging network, whose main objective is to make the charging process as simple and fast as possible for the user. In addition to Italy and Germany, several partners from Finland, Scandinavia, Austria and Benelux are supporting the Hubject eRoaming model.

Interoperability makes the YessApp an advantageous key, capable of recharging on all the columns of the Hubject circuit, registering conveniently once and then paying with the same method.

Yess.energy’s charging stations can in turn be activated with other operators’ Apps, taking advantage of high-performance recharging, thanks to the cutting-edge technology of Yess.energy’s recharging infrastructures.

YessApp è interoperabile e può ricaricare sulle colonnine di altri operatori come sulle colonnine Yess.energy Per esempio, quando l’utente finale usa la YessApp su una colonnina gestita dall’Operatore “2”, ci sarà uno scambio istantaneo ed automatico di dati tra l’operatore Yess.energy e l’operatore “2”, allo scopo di autorizzare la transazione, attivare la colonnina, contabilizzare la ricarica e addebitare l’importo sulla carta dell’utente finale. Hubject è una piattaforma software che permette di connettere le infrastrutture di ricarica in Europa. Con una sola App l’utente ha a disposizione le colonnine del network eRoaming più grande del mondo, ampliando le possibilità di ricarica ed evitando di non trovare una colonnina per ricaricare l’auto lungo il percorso prefissato.

Hubject è un network europeo di ricarica ‘customer-friendly, con principale obiettivo quello di rendere il processo di ricarica il più semplice e veloce possibile per l’utente. Oltre a Italia e Germania, diversi partner provenienti da Finlandia, Scandinavia, Austria e Benelux stanno sostenendo il modello eRoaming di Hubject.

L’interoperabilità rende vantaggioso l’utilizzo di YessApp, capace di ricaricare tutte le colonnine del circuito Hubject, registrandosi comodamente una sola volta e pagando poi con il metodo oramai conosciuto.

Le colonnine Yess.energy potranno a loro volta essere attivate con le App di altri operatori, usufruendo di una ricarica ad alte prestazioni, grazie alla tecnologia all’avanguardia delle infrastrutture di ricarica Yess.energy.

A seguito della crescente sensibilità a livello mondiale verso il tema ambientale e di eco-sostenibilità, sostenuta dall’accordo di Parigi del 11/12/2015 per ridurre l’emissione di CO_2 e altri gas serra a livello globale, l’organizzazione Bloomberg stima che entro il 2025 in Europa, il 20% delle auto nuove saranno elettriche. Nel mercato attuale Yess.energy si impegna a soddisfare la necessità di estendere in modo esponenziale la rete di punti di ricarica e consentire lo sviluppo dei veicoli elettrici.

Yess.energy è partner dell’ e-mobility report, coordinato da Energy & Strategy Group - Politecnico di Milano, insieme a circa 40 altri operatori del settore e-mobility www.thatsmobility.it.

Nell’edizione dell’ E-mobility Report 2018 abbiamo inserito l’esito di una survey dove si chiedeva se l’infrastruttura di ricarica in Italia sia ritenuta adeguata alle esigenze; le risposte risultano così distribuite: il 60% no, 30% in parte il 10% la ritengono adeguata.

I punti principali dello sviluppo “rallentato” vanno ricercati in poche aree ma cruciali:

• Bassa concentrazione punti di ricarica nelle grandi città e sulle arterie principali

• Aree di servizio che dispongono di stazioni di ricarica non ancora in grado di erogare potenze vicine ai 90 kW necessari, nonostante gli sforzi legislativi

• Assenza di interoperabilità in fase di pagamento della ricarica (troppi metodi di pagamento diversi)

• Bassa affidabilità del servizio di ricarica

• Autonomia dei veicoli elettrici ancora mediamente bassa

Mercati potenziali:Attualmente i mercati a cui ci rivolgiamo possono essere classificati in tre grandi categorie: in ambito pubblico, in ambito ricettivo, e nel settore privato.

As a result of growing global awareness of environmental and eco-sustainability issues, supported by the Paris agreement of 11/12/2015 to reduce emissions of CO_2 and other greenhouse gases globally, Bloomberg estimates that by 2025 in Europe, 20% of new cars will be electric. CONDOMINI Per la ricarica in ambienti condominiali la YessBox è predisposta per l’identificazione dell’utente attraverso card RFID, blocco anti-estrazione del connettore durante la ricarica e blocco del coperchio presa.

Nel caso di YessBox installate in box privato, con la presa elettrica condominiale, la soluzione Yess.energy permette di conteggiare il consumo elettrico per ogni singolo utilizzatore con una lettura automatica dei kW da parte dell’Amministratore.

Yess.energy fornirà un kit composto da un motore elettrico con un convertitore di potenza, un pacco di batterie e un display interattivo touch-screen che ti darà la possibilità di utilizzare colonnine in AC o DC con prese modo 3 e modo 4.

Batteria La nuova batteria sarà composta da celle con tecnologia High Density Lithium-Ion Battery (Lì-Ion), con densità energetica degli elementi estremamente elevata, la quale potrà offrire prestazioni e affidabilità senza eguali. Le caratteristiche superiori della cella sono possibili grazie alla tecnologia di produzione dei moduli unica nel settore.

ManutenzioneIl servizio di manutenzione è costituito a tre diversi livelli: standard, base e completo. Si differenziano in base al numero di uscite annuali del tecnico (da 1 a 3) e per la fornitura delle componenti classificate in standard, principali e fondamentali) necessarie alla riparazione del veicolo o dei dispositivi correlati. Inoltre, a richiesta, è possibile ottenere il nuovo power-train con sistema di ricarica in modo 4 (fast DC) oltre che in modo 3 (fast AC).

MercatoIl mercato del retrofit è vario, si rivolge a privati (auto usate, d’epoca o chi ha da aggiornare batterie e/o motore) a pubblici (autobus per servizi di linea ad impatto zero), infine anche verso aziende (per il trasporto logistico, commerciale e nuovamente trasporto pubblico aventi sia telai nuovi che usati). L’impiego del retrofit si addice anche a mezzi agricoli, due ruote, imbarcazioni (di piccole e medie dimensioni) e a mezzi speciali come moto d’acqua, gatti delle nevi, golf car, sollevatori o muletti.

Yess.energy will supply a kit consisting of an electric motor with a power converter, a battery pack and an interactive touch-screen display that will give you the possibility to use AC or DC columns with mode 3 and mode 4 sockets.

The new battery will consist of cells with High Density Lithium-Ion Battery (Lì-Ion) technology, with extremely high energy density of the elements, which will offer unparalleled performance and reliability. The superior characteristics of the cell are possible thanks to the unique module manufacturing technology.

The maintenance service consists of three different levels: standard, basic and complete. They differ according to the number of annual exits of the technician (from 1 to 3) and the supply of components classified into standard, main and fundamental) necessary to repair the vehicle or related devices. In addition, on request, it is possible to obtain the new power-train with charging system in mode 4 (fast DC) as well as in mode 3 (fast AC).

The retrofit market is varied, it is aimed at private individuals (used cars, vintage cars or those who have to upgrade batteries and / or engine) to public (buses for scheduled services with zero impact), finally also to companies (for logistical transport, commercial and again public transport with both new and used chassis). The use of retrofit is also suitable for agricultural vehicles, two-wheelers, boats (small and medium size) and special vehicles such as jet skis, snowmobiles, golf cars, lifts or forklifts.

Assistenza Legale La società si assume a proprio carico, nei limiti del massimale di 5.000 euro per sinistro e limitato anno, il rischio dell’assistenza legale.

Sezione perdite pecuniarie Nel caso in cui l’Assicurato subisca una decurtazione di punti dalla propria patente, offriamo il rimborso delle spese sostenute per partecipare ad un corso di aggiornamento per recuperare i punti (fino a 500,00€) persi o per sostenere un nuovo esame di idoneità tecnica.

Rimborsi Offriamo inoltre il rimborso delle spese di recupero e traino del veicolo a seguito di un incidente stradale, dal luogo di arresto fino a un’autofficina (max 100,00 €).

Colonnina

Oggetto dell’assicurazione La Società indennizza i danni materiali alle colonnine di ricarica, anche se causate dall’utente utilizzatore per: incendio, fulmine, esplosione, scoppio, caduta di aeromobili, onda sonica, scariche elettriche.

Ricorso a terzi La Società si obbliga a tenere indenne l’Assicurato per danni materiali cagionati alle cose di terzi a seguito di incendio.

Atti vandalici Tenere indenne l’assicurato per i danni subiti alle colonnine in seguito di atti vandalici e atti dolosi di terzi.
