Where are we already?
Company introduction / brand vision BioChef is owned and created by the 20 year old Australian health company Vitality 4 Life Vitality 4 Life began in Australia during the early 1990’s after founder Roger Akins had first discovered and fell in love with the cold press juicing concept whilst travelling in Korea during the late 1980’s. Roger then began to expand his knowledge; learning the principles of Dr Norman Walker's teachings, and other inspiring natural health professionals. To find out more about Dr. Norman Walker click here Since then the industry that offers appliances designed to improve the users health and wellbeing has evolved and developed; making them smaller, more compact and easier to use then clean without compromising the quality of its produce. Cold press juicing has now become mainstream and the general consumer is more conscious of their health and the benefits of raw foods. Today we have a wide range of cold press juicers, powerful blenders and food dehydrators to suit any individuals needs and requirements. With all of this happening in 2011, the BioChef brand was born. Having spent the last 20 years listening to customer feedback about how they loved our Juicers, blenders and our food dehydrators, but not being able to buy each item due to them not matching or fitting the person’s new $20,000 Kitchen. We decided that rather than spend our time trying to educate a customer into the benefits of a single item, BioChef can offer them all, the reality is customer preference is the most important each item will offer the customer a great opportunity to improve their health. BioChef comes with 20 years worth of experience in the wellbeing industry inside each box. The designs, colours and functionality is simply our 20 years worth of feedback packed with expectation that it will truly gift the user with the opportunity to improve their own vitality. Our long term vision is to see BioChef distributed across the world offering the gift of health to everyone it touches.

Cold press juicers Being a BioChef distributor means you have access to 5 different cold press juicers, with us offering both Vertical and horizontal style units. The BioChef range has something for everyone, whether you love leafy greens and chutes or sweet apple and carrots there is a machine available that will satisfy your customers desires. One of our most recent developments is a cold press juicer that allows the user to place a whole apple in the specially designed mechanism removing the requirement for food preparation. All our juicers are designed for home use, come with long warranties, are extremely quiet, house strong motors, have safety cut off sensors and are very easy to clean. Commercial grade and Personal blenders As a BioChef distributor you will be able to offer your customers the latest in blending technology, the current range has 3 units on offer and there is more planned for Spring 2016. The BioChef range includes items that are being desired globally including commercial grade blenders that will make smoothies in 45 seconds and hot soups in just 8 minutes. It also offers a personal blender which will give the use the user the opportunity to make quick smoothies and health blasts in no time at all before getting on with their day. Food Dehydrators Food dehydration is the new exciting buzz word on the lips of our current BioChef distributors. As a BioChef distributor having food dehydrators in your range completes the healthy offering giving your customers the opportunity to make their own nutritious snacks potentially savings lots of money in the process (have you seen the cost of dehydrated food?) 2016 will see a full range of machines on offer with 3 sizes available including a 6, 8 and 10 tray models for the home and a 10 tray commercial model suitable for small businesses. Marketing material available BioChef distributors get access to both all of our marketing material that is designed / filmed / photographed in house plus the services of our multinational team of territory managers, who will be available each day to provide support to those that need it. We are now creating at least 1 educational video per week which will be translated and distributed so it is able to use globally either online or on a display screen in store. We can offer multilingual informational leaflets and can offer in store points of sale that can be added to your order. All standard packaging comes in English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. This includes manuals and recipe books. We will work with you to help add any extra languages available and have them printed by our manufacturers.
Where can I already find BioChef? Our Healthy products are already in 20 Countries across the world including Australia, the UK and Europe, Malaysia, Indonesia, South America, the Middle east and China. 2016 will see us establish in the USA and see stock being sent to South Africa, the UAE and south East Asia. However the journey is far from complete. We are still looking for more partners across the globe to help us give the world the gift of health.
Where is your nearest support office? In 2016 without good customer service your brand and company count for nothing. Currently you can find us in 3 locations and from May 2016 this will rise to 4 with another 2 planned before 2016 is finished. At the moment Australia and Asia is serviced from our Byron Bay Head office on Australia’s Easy coast. Our Peterborough based UK customer service and distribution hub covers Europe and our Chinese team cover our distributors from the Fuzhou Province. Next up is Barcelona Spain, where we will be expanding our European customer service and sales team, this will be closely followed by a new office in Texas USA that will cover our US expansion before we finally begin our SE Asian from Malaysia.
Where does the stock come from? In 2012 we opened our office based on the east coast of China. Whilst the products and their packaging are designed in Australia we manage both the sourcing and quality assurance from Fuzhou. Your order can either be shipped directly from here on an LCL or FOB basis. We will even offer mixed containers. However if it suits you more to purchase from one of our local warehouses you can purchase stock from our UK or Australian distribution centres. With plans to open more distribution centres across the world, working with us will become easier and easier.
Where does the stock come from? – Quality Assurance The BioChef team believe that excellent customer service begins at the point of manufacture. Working with the globally renowned testing house SGS, our QA office in China is focused on insuring nothing gets as far as a container without having gone through the correct testing procedure. This often sees employees spending a substantial amount of time on the factory floor making sure our specifications are adhered to. BioChef has come from 20 years of customer feedback, if there is a way our products could fail our technicians are aware of them and are focused on removing this potential before your stock leaves for your warehouse.
Ordering from China made Simple Becoming a BioChef distributor makes you part of the BioChef family and we love to support our family members. Often we hear of horror stories related to purchasing products directly from a manufacturer and this can be daunting to a company that have not experienced this type of business before. For a set fee we can manage this process for you, making it easy to ship your BioChef products direct to a port of your choice where you can instruct a local company to collect and delivery to your warehouse. Of course our shipping team in both Australia and China will keep you fully up to date along the way.
