The post Global Financial Crisis environment and high Australian labour costs have placed productivity and performance pressures at the forefront of many industries and organisations.

Cancellations should be sent in writing to your Mercer Learning Coordinator. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled workshop date will be refunded in full. Cancellations received 30 days or less in advance of the workshop will not be refunded but it may be possible to reschedule to a later date (restrictions may apply). Cancellations with less than two (2) working days notice, or failure of the participant or substitute to attend on the scheduled workshop date, will not be eligible for either refund or another workshop.
