Injuries resulting from accidents, and all occupationaldiseases contracted or aggravated out of or in thecourse of a worker’s employment

Injuries at the workplace, either during work or a workbreak. Also includes injuries that occr while theemployee is working at a location other than theirnromal workplace

Involves injuries away from the workplace. Includesaccidents during meal breaks when worker is awayfrom their normal workplace and ‘journey’ claims.

Diseases contracted or aggravated in the course ofemployment and to which the employment is acontributing factor
