analysisSourcing is one of the most important steps of our recruitment process. We collaborate closely with all Universities in Albania and Balkan Region in order to be able to register all the students of the last year of their study program. During this last year, we try to line up the list of the students who are interested to work abroad and on the last three or four months of their studies, we arrange interviews with potential employers in order to give them a job offer at the end of their studies. In this way, we help the young graduates to have a job at the end of their study program, and also have the sourcing of each respective graduates professionals annually, which helps us to better manage the list of the branches and professionals in order to fulfill the employer needs immediately once the job order or vacancies is issued to us. We have a very strong collaboration with Ministry of Manpower and the Albanian national Labor Service, where we link databases of job seekers in all over Albania for all types of professions. Also we do use appropriate media, such as local or national newspapers, specialist recruitment media, professional publications, window advertisements, job centers, or a variety of ways via the internet.

Selecting candidates involves two main processes: short listing and assessing applicants to decide how a job offer should be provided.Short listing: The process of short listing involves slimming down the total number of applications received to a shortlist of candidates that we think we should forward to the more detailed assessment phase of the selection process. In general we make a shortlist with potential candidates in 3 to 1 rotation in order to ensure covering the needs of the employer. Assessment: On the assessment process for the shortlisted candidates we go through the following steps:
