Work Package 3:Implementation of the Action Plan in each target university
In WP3 the action plan is put in practice through the creation of the R-SOS Units and the training of the relevant staff both locally and through study visits in Europe.

«English for RESCUE Project» by British Council
• web based, virtual, blended learning program • specific focus on terminology related to «refugees, migrants, IDPs,
international cooperation» topics• Online placement test linked and aligned to the CEFR for each participant• Courses will be designed to raise proficiency by up to one CEFR level over the
course of 12 weeks semi-intensively. • Full time candidate progress will be based on 6 hours of active study per week.
• Blend of self-access learning with a focus on reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary & trainer-led speaking and listening opportunities
• Certificate of completion upon participation in min 75% of tasks & activities

Task 3.4 Awareness Campaign
• A communication and awareness campaign will be designed and activatedin order to let all the potential beneficiaries of the services (the refugees)know about the existence of the units.
• During the project lifetime, the R-SOS units will on one hand actuate anawareness campaign, articulated into a WEB –based strategy and a numberof public events, aiming at reaching the final beneficiaries, whereas on theother hand after the startup of the Units the students will benefit to newservices provided to them.

Task 3.4 Awareness Campaign
• Under WP3, 3 separate awareness campaigns will be supported by Europeanpartners in N. Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon.
TU Berlin Campaign in LebanonIstanbul Aydın University Campaign in JordanUniversity of Barcelona Campaign in Northern Iraq
• UB, TU Berlin and IAU will send one expert to the relevant country for the awareness campaign, they are accompanied by one expert from UNIMED and one form AArU for a five day of working program.
• The awareness campaign elements and calendar will be developed during the2nd day of the 4th Partnership meeting.
