    We created a modern, crafted brand campaign to reflect the vibrant inner-Melbourne lifestyle of Windsor for a youthful target market.

    In addition to the usual marketing collateral, we custom-designed a display suite structure situated in a local brick warehouse that was fully-fitted to the apartment specifications. — 49 Apartments from $435,000— Launched Oct 2015— Design: JAM Architects— Developer: Goldfields

    YourLand approached our studio to rebrand the River Valley estate. The aim was to refresh perceptions, build on the sense of community in the area and ensure a more vibrant representation of the River Valley estate and its surrounds so that the brand reflected the product.     Bridgefield is a thousand-lot land development in Melbourne’s booming Western suburb of Rockbank.

    The strategy for this campaign is tailored around ‘resort-style’ living with a strong lean towards lifestyle and relaxation in and around the residents’ club. — Land sale— Stage 1 +— 1,016 Lots — Launching March 2016— Developer: Goldfields

    For this major apartment project, we devised and delivered a one-of-a-kind virtual display suite, placing the viewer in the midst of their prospective apartment through the use of an interactive iPad app. This allowed the viewer to select apartment options and colour schemes as well as view lines out of individual apartment levels from a suite of life-size image projections. — 357 Apartments— Sold out mid 2014— Design Exterior: RotheLowman— Design Interior: PLUS Architecture— Developer: Little Projects

    At The Village, the growth and popularity of nearby Charman Rd presented us with the feel of a small, village high street community. We completed a full suite of marketing material for The Village including a display suite fit-out, brochure, website, EDM strategy and advertising campaigns.

    R.Corporation approached us to create the identity and campaign for their new master planned townhouse project in Cheltenham.

    We engaged renowned lifestyle photographer Paul Barbera to capture the Bayside location and encompass the sun-kissed lifestyle that prospective buyers could look forward to. — 208 Townhouses— 4 Stages — Launched in 2012 / Completed— Design: Conrad Architects— Developer: R.Corporation

    While Central Park was gaining momentum, R.Corporation commissioned us to create a brand campaign for a their next townhouse project in Maidstone.

    We focused on creating a fresh and modern campaign photoshoot that targeted young, social first-home buyers who were looking for affordable entry into the market, without sacrificing their home lifestyle. — 145 Townhouses— 4 Stages — Launched 2013 / Sold out— Design: Conrad Architects— Developer: R.Corporation

    For our first property campaign as Studio Worldwide we felt the need to think differently and distance our project from the majority of developments on the market using creative titles. We did this by ‘un-naming’ the development and calling it ‘Untitled’.

    Local lifestyle photographer Cory White was commissioned to explore the area of Prahran to visually enhance our straight-talking and understated campaign. — 24 Apartments— Completed in March 2014— Design: Plus Architecture— Developer: Third Street

    The York is a collection of four boutique buildings, each featuring R.Corporation’s renowned approach to design. Fresh, timeless aesthetics, luxurious finishes and fittings are reflected in the clean and minimal branding.

    The identity was built to mirror the youthful surroundings of West Brunswick, with materials and finishes adding that high-end quality. — 315 Apartments— 4 Buildings — Launched in 2014 / Now Selling (Oct 2015)— Design: Conrad Architects— Developer: R.Corporation

    This was a unique project due to the established landscape and an old oak tree being maintained in the masterplan of the Oak Terrace townhouses.

    We led the art direction of the renders to create a suite of 3D images that placed equal emphasis on the product as well as the surrounding landscape. — 42 Townhouses— Completed in July 2014— Design: Conrad Architects— Developer: Third Street

    Built on a shallow slope in Burwood, we chose the name ‘Elevation’ to represent the project and brand strategy behind these high-end townhouses.
