Requires admin level access to edit.
Drag and drop widgets into widget area.
Additional widgets can be found in ‘plugins’ section.

Field Description
Title Headline
Body Main body of article
Video URL for video
SEO Title A search friendly version of title - max 70 characters
Description A snippet of text for use in search engine results pages (SERPs) - max 155 characters
Keywords No need to use this!
Noindex / nofollow Tell search engines to avoid indexing page and to avoid ‘following’ links from this page
NOODP / NOYDIR As search engine to ignore directory listings
Status Draft / pending review / published
Visibility / publish date Choose whether public or private and schedule / amend publish date
Category / tags Categorise the content
Featured image Main image for the post - often used by the theme
Adding Media
Title only applies to back-end of site
Used by search engines and screen readers (for visually impaired)
Optional caption can be used to accompany the image
Comments
Make comment live
Marks user’s name and IP as spam
Moderate comment
Indents response as a reply post
Other Things to Remember
UpdatesEnsure you update WordPress and plugins whenever required - this can help stop your site getting hacked!
PluginsDon’t install any old plugin - bad and unnecessary plugins can slow down your site / cause unexpected side effects!
