5.15-5.30pm: Arrivals and Food. Entertainment from Beatfreeks including performances from Spoken Word Artists.

5.45pm: Welcome from TC Peppercorn and Artrix’s YP, Steve Wilson, Ruth R and Chairs of WM Youth Arts Steering Group.

5.50pm: Summary about what the event is about from Ruth and Steve (supported by TC and co. and WM Youth Arts Board Chairs).

5.55pm: Performance from Laura Dedicoat.

6pm: Debate / sharing of responses to Qs relating to engaging C&YP as Creators, Audiences, Participants and Leaders and The Arts Award facilitated by Beatfreeks. Individuals / groups will feedback prepared responses including others’ thoughts or just join in.

7pm: Comfort Break.

7.10pm: Summing Up. Children and young people will decide on key recommendations that they would like to take forward.

7.30pm: The work of Arts Connect – Ruth R and Steering Group.

7.35pm: Voices and Visions and Worcestershire wide youth arts steering group – Steve Wilson

7.40pm: Arts Education at The Artrix – TC

7.45pm: Summing up and next steps– Steve and Ruth (including Worcestershire wide Youth Ambassadors group).

7.50pm: Feedback, signing up for opportunities and going home.
