1 Preheat oven to 160ºC. Process biscuits in a food processor into fine crumbs then add spread and press into base of a 20cm cake tin. Chill for 15 minutes

2 Process softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs and lime juice until smooth. Fold through chopped flesh from 2 mangoes and pour over base.

3 Bake at 160c for 40 minutes until just set. Cool for 30 minutes then refrigerate overnight. Top with slices of mango to serve.
