Lewis Neidhardt began with a presentation on various types of glues. He covered the different properties and best uses of each. James Huntsman continued with methods for applying glue. Lee Villa opened the topic of the application of clamps. Moe Hansen covered the use of cauls to apply clamping pressure evenly and in areas difficult to reach with clamps. Daran Adams concluded the program with a specialty clamp that is useful for irregularly shaped objects.

February Show and Tell

Jack Keeling used wood from the wooden deck of an aircraft carrier to make a valet.

Cody Chancellor shared the mallet and saw bench he created. He ex-plained that the saw bench breaks down into 4 pieces for transport or storage.

Kenneth Royal brought three turned bowls. One is solid cherry. The other two are segmented. One of them con-tains over 300 pieces of sev-en different kinds of wood.

James Huntsman turned this bowl. He made it from silver maple.
