On the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) starting with the 2012 -2016 CIP.

Joint County/City application for Federal funds was approved in 2013.

February 3, 15 – Project Scope approved by Council April 7, 15 – Cost sharing agreement approved by

Council. April 21, 2015 – Engineering services contract

awarded by Council.

Engagement Schedule Review

April 29 – Project Scope Meeting and Online survey available. May 6 – Community Context– Discuss features desired

by the community at large. May 13 – Neighborhood Meeting – Discussion with

neighboring property owners on their desires and concerns.

May 13 – Online survey closes. May 20 – Community Review – Present information

compiled from previous meeting for discussion. May 26 – City Council Work Session – Discussion with

Council on the results on the public input process.

June 3 – Community Feedback – Presentation of thefinal results for Council direction on Woodley Street.
