● Yearbooks: Woodland Intermediate yearbooks will be sent home in the bags with student belongings.

● Report Cards: As we approach the end of the year, please be aware that the “Grades” tab in Infinite Campus will be closed to parents starting on May 22nd. Report cards can be viewed anytime after 3:00 pm on Wednesday, June 3rd.

● Counseling Services: This is just a reminder that counseling services are available to students who may need support during this time of online learning. Please see the attached flyer from our school counselor, Mrs. Gelhar, for information regarding support resources.

● Important As We Approach the End of the Year: Keep Contact Information Up To Date: As we approach the end of the school year, it is very important that we have updated and accurate addresses and contact information in Infinite Campus. Please take a moment to log into your Parent Portal account and ensure all of your contact information—home phone, cell phones and email addresses are all correct and current. Once logged in, from the dropdown menu on the left of the screen, choose “More”. At that point, click on “Family Information”. There you will be able to verify and update phone and email contact information for each individual. Mailing address changes can only be made by the administration office. If you have a new address, please complete the change form and return via email to [email protected] as soon as possible.

● Chromebook and Technology Assistance: With much of our learning going online, there may be a time when your district issued device needs repair. If your device needs repair, contact your teacher who will put in a work ticket. You can then bring your device to drop off and exchange at JRG. If you have specific questions about the process, please contact the school your child attends. ➢ Days and Times: Monday, Wednesdays - 10AM - 2PM and

Fridays 7AM - 11AM ➢ Where: JRG Main Entrance parking lot off John Street (drive through

service)

Woodland Wolves!

A Message from your school counselor - Mrs. Gelhar Well things are certainly different than we are used to. We are facing the challenge of socially distancing ourselves and learning via an online platform. That being said, I know that we can do it and will make it through this time by leaning on each other and doing our best. I want to emphasize that last part, doing our best. That is all we can ask of ourselves; whether we are students, parents, teachers, or staff. By now, I am sure you have all heard from your child’s teachers and have already started doing some online learning. Remember, each student will need different supports from their parents and each parent will need different supports as well. Please know that we are here for you. If you have questions regarding the lessons your teachers are posting, please reach out to them. If you or your child need to talk about coping and taking care of ourselves during this social distancing time period, please reach out to your teacher or me as well. Below you will find the ways to contact me. I have posted this for students via my Google Classroom as well. Keep your heads up and we will get through this! Mrs. Gelhar
