The Idaho Catholic Men’s Conference comes highly

recommended by Fr. Justin, who encourages the men of

Our Lady of the Snows and St. Charles to set aside

Saturday, January 28 from 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and

make the trip to Bishop Kelly High School in Boise. The

conference will feature the dynamic and inspiring speak-

ers shown above, as well as Mass with Bishop Peter

Christensen. So grab a friend or 2 or 3 and take advan-

tage of this opportunity to experience your hard-earned

Idaho Catholic Appeal dollars at work in our diocese.

The early bird registration fee is just $40 per person.

For all of the details and to get registered go to

www.IdahoCatholicMen.com or call 208-353-8494.

WE DID IT! Thanks to your incredible

generosity this Advent and Christmas, we

met our goal of raising $15,000 for

Haiti180 to equip a delivery and maternal

suite in their newly built medical clinic!

Featuring

Quote for the week… January 15, 2017 - 2nd Sunday in Ordinary Time

“Now the Lord has spoken who formed me as his servant from the womb...” Isaiah 49:5

You have to do what God is calling you to do and I have to do what God is calling me

to do. Guess what, each of has been given a different plan! So, stop comparing

yourself to others. Don’t let envy and jealousy enter your life. Be thankful for the

gifts God has given you and generously share them with others.

anímese a servir.

St. Charles is looking for families, friends, or

individuals who would volunteer to help us

keep the sidewalks and entrances clear of

snow. If we had more help to keep the

sidewalks clearer, there may not be a need

for so much ice melt and sand when the ice builds up. When there

is less sand and ice melt, there is less wear and tear on the

carpets, floors and new cement. Please prayerfully consider this

mission and respond to Lupe in the office Tuesday-Friday, 9:30am

-4:00pm.

Parroquial 788-3024.

St. Charles Community would like to thank all the Volunteers for

the Coffee Hour in December. They are: Joan Davies, Sandy

Christiansen, Marsha Riemann, Bill & Gayle Sullivan.
