ThislimitedwarrantyprogramisavailabletoconsumerswhopurchaseSignatureSeriesbyBudgetBlindsproductsthroughparticipatingBudgetBlindsretailfranchisesafterNovember14,2005.

5-yEAR“NOQUESTIONSASKED”LIMITEDWARRANTy

OUROBLIGATIONTOyOU:If,FORANyREASON,withinfiveyearsfromthedateofpurchase,yourblindshouldbedamagedorbecomeinoperableafterthepointofinstallation,themanufacturerwillprovidea“noquestionsasked”,ONE-TIMErepairorreplacement(atourdiscretion),freeofcharge.Ifyourproductisreplaced,thereplacementwillbeofthesameproductinthesamesizeandcolor.Ifcolorisnolongeravailable,replacementwillbeofclosestequivalentcolor.Thiswarrantyisprovidedtotheoriginalpurchaseronlyandfortheoriginalwindowopeningonly.

LIMITEDLIFETIMEWARRANTy

OUROBLIGATIONTOyOU:Themanufacturer,warrantsyourSignatureSeriesblindsbyBudgetBlindswillbefreefromoriginaldefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipforaslongastheoriginalpurchaserownstheproduct.UndertheLimitedLifetimeWarranty,theobligationsofthemanufacturerarelimitedtotherepairorreplacementofpartsorproductfoundtobedefective.Themanufacturerisnotresponsibleforshippingcostsorlaborcostsformeasuringandtakingtheshadedownorreinstallingtheproduct.Ifrepairsaremadeunderthiswarranty,therepairswillbemadewithlikeorsimilarparts.

Motorizationcomponentsandaccessorieshavea5-yearlimitedwarranty,excludingbatterywands.

Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverconditionsordamagescausedbyaccidents,alterations,misuseorfailuretofollowinstructionsformeasurement,installation,cleaningormaintenance.Inaddition,normalwearandteararenotcoveredbytheLimitedLifetimeWarranty.

Allmaterialscanloseoriginalcolorintensityordiscolorafterlongexposuretothesun.Whenleftforextendedperiodsindirectsunlight,somematerialsmayyelloworcrack.Somematerialsmaywarpinhighhumidityareas.Allcordswilleventuallywearout.Themanufacturerconsidersthesethingsnormalwearandtearandarenotcoveredbythiswarranty.
