Position: Forward Class: Freshman Height: 5-7 Hometown: Steamboat Springs, CO Before RIT: McKenzie played three years of varsity soccer at Steamboat Springs. In her senior year she helped lead the team to a championship.

Liz begins her first season as the head coach of the Rochester Institute of Technology women’s soccer program. Masterson comes to RIT after serving two seasons as the head women’s coach at Elmira College. She is a 2005 graduate of St. Lawrence University where she received a bachelor’s degree in government. In 2003 she was a NSCAA first team All-American.After graduation she went to Manhattanville College where she earned a master of science in sport business managament.

Dave begins his first season as assistant coach for the women’s soccer program at RIT. Matthews has been coaching youth and college soccer in the area since 1998. In 2006 he coached the Girls Under-19 Rochester Junior Rhinos to a State Cup Championship and is a founder and head coach of the Ambush Futbol Club.He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Cortland where he received his degree in psychology. From 1987-2007 he worked as a senior designer at Xerox Co.

Adam joins the RIT women’s soccer coaching staff for the 2010 season. He earned a bachelor’s degree in education from SUNY Cortland and played two seasons for the Red Dragons. As a senior captain, Adam, a defender, was named to the SUNYAC All-Tournament Team. He also played for Herkimer County Community College and has coached several camps in Canada. The native of Guelph, Ontario played professionally for the Hamilton Croatia Soccer club of the Canadian League.

Ireland native Dale enters his first season as an assistant coach for the RIT women’s soccer program. He tallied more than 170 career goals while playing in Europe. Dale went to Penn State and earned a degree in exercise science. He began coaching in 1998. Dale coached at Springfield College from 2007 to 2009 and is a UEFA B Licensed & FAI Level 1 & 2 Soccer Coach as well as a certified Stregnth and Conditioning Coach.

Tiffany enters her second season as an athletic trainer at RIT. Prior to last year, she spent two years as an assistant athletic trainer at Elms College where she worked with all 15 varsity sports and was a team leader for APPLE, a Drug and Alcohol Education group. In 2003, Tiffany earned bachelor’s degrees in both physical education (with an emphisis in athletic training) and psychology from SUNY Brockport. She is certified by the National Athletic Training Association.
