The base registration fee is $30. If you choose a class with additional fees for materials, please include that amount in your total. Materials

will be available the first day of class for registrations received by 1/15/18. Materials may be delayed for registrations received after

1/15/18. Checks should be made payable to Grace Fellowship Church with WITW in the memo line. Donations for scholarships are wel-

Armor of God (Tuesdays)

All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish

enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships,

your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. If you're tired of being

pushed around and caught with your guard down, this study is for you. The Enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed

for the occasion. The Armor of God is more than merely a biblical description of the believer's inventory. It is an action plan for putting on

your weapons of warfare, and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory.

Keep Your Love On (Tuesdays)

Would you like to build more meaningful relationships with God and others? Form better connections, communicate more effectively, and

set healthier boundaries in your relationships? Of course! But few of us know how to be powerful enough to keep our love 'on' in the face

of mistakes, pain, and fear -- the stuff of everyday living. Keep Your Love On reveals the higher, Jesus-focused standard defined by mature

love -- love that stays 'on' no matter what. We will discuss Danny Silk's practical examples and touching stories that will show you how to

establish thriving relationships marked by loving connection, respectful communication, and well-defined boundaries. When you learn to

keep your love on, you become more like Jesus.

The Daniel Plan (Tuesdays)

We will focus on health learning some key strategies for real transformation and positive steps to be healthier. By utilizing The Daniel Plan

workbook, an appetizing approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle, we are encouraged to get healthier together by optimizing the five key

essentials of Faith: nurturing your soul; Food: enjoying God’s abundance; Fitness: strengthening your body; Focus: renewing your mind;

and Friends: encouraging each other.

Unstuck (Tuesdays)

Is there an area of your life where you feel stuck? Do you need to experience the healing touch of Jesus? Two thousand years ago when

Jesus walked on the earth He was in the business of changing lives! Jesus wasn't afraid or put off by people's problems, struggles, needs or

stuck places. Whether physical, emotional or spiritual, Jesus cared for those who looked to Him for help and He brought freedom, life,

healing and wholeness wherever He went. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever and He is willing and able to restore His people

and equip them to fulfill the plans and purpose He has for their lives. Are you willing to go deep and be open to searching for the reasons

some of us get stuck? If so, join us to be equipped with tools to gain deeper freedom in your life, take your thoughts captive, hear God,

walk through forgiveness, and to get UNSTUCK. This will be an interactive class where you will learn the tools needed to get unstuck and

to practice using them through prayer in small groups.

Please join us this semester at Women in the Word for Living on Purpose, a variety of classes designed to encourage

and equip you to live intentionally. Each of us are in different stages of life and have different needs, yet we are all

continually being transformed by the Spirit of God into growing, maturing Christ-followers who are deeply

honoring God with our whole lives. We invite you to prayerfully read over the course descriptions below. Is there

a specific area of your life where you would like to grow; an area that you would like to strengthen?

The classes are designed to give you an opportunity to focus on an area of life or relationship you would like to mature

or allow Him to make stronger. Each of the classes includes teaching and table group discussion.

Healing the Father/Mother Wound (Wednesdays)

This study is based on the book/workbook, Healing The Father Wound by Kathy Rodriguez. Like restoring a vintage painting to its original

splendor, God seeks to restore His Father position with us, but this process can be hindered when we see Him through the distorted image

of our earthly fathers/mothers. Since most people come from less than perfect homes, it is often difficult to see God the way He wants us

to see Him: as a loving father. Healing the Father/Mother Wound is the perfect tool for anyone wanting to learn how to move forward

toward emotional and spiritual maturity.

Look up: The Future Awaits You (Wednesdays)

We will explore the amazing prophetic parallel of the Jewish marriage custom stage by stage and week by week that is often referenced in

the Bible. It begins in heaven with Jesus leaving His home to seek/claim His bride and ends with His return to heaven celebrating the wed-

ding feast and everything that follows. As we explore each stage of the journey, we will discover: what the groom does, what the bride

does; Christ’s actions; the brides’ actions; related prophecies and challenges; and future events. We will gain a deeper perspective of our

current life as this love story unfolds and greater anticipation for, and confidence in, our future that gives strength for today.

Meeting God in Scripture (Wednesdays)

Jesus is speaking to us here and now. Lectio divina is a practice of Scripture reading that treats the Bible not only as a text to be examined,

but also as the living active Word of God spoken anew to us. In “Meeting God in Scripture” by Jan Johnson (class book), we will look at a

variety of meditation passages giving us the tools we need to practice lectio divina on our own. As we come together in a group setting, we

will let the Spirit move us beyond merely understanding what the text meant in its original context to a direct spiritual encounter with

Christ.
