Expert Facilitator: Michelle Williams Chief Executive Officer and FounderIdeaction Michelle Williams was the Chief Organiser and Manager of StartupWeek Sydney 2015. Michelle is interested in the societal and systemic changes that disruptive technology brings, especially as we shift from large institutions to small, agile, and fast enterprise.

Michelle has run numerous events at Vivid Ideas and across Sydney on the Participation Economy and the Future of series. In 2010, Michelle founded Social Innovation Sydney, a platform for changemakers to meet and collaborate.

Previous to this, Michelle gained over 10 years experience in the communications and technology industry as a marketing manager, project manager and account executive.

Expert Facilitator: Gina Zoia Learning and Development FacilitatorWorking Conversations With over 15 year’s global experience in leadership across industries, Gina has led a number of high profile change and leadership programs which have emphasized connection and communication as integral aspects of Leadership acumen.

Recently, Gina developed significant corporate initiatives in the area of Performance Conversations for major organisations who have overhauled and/or replaced their ratings system by emphasizing a Coaching and Feedback culture to drive business and leadership development. Gina was also part of the Leadership team who designed and deployed a cultural change program for a major Telecommunication company that supported its Leadership to become customer centric focused. Gina holds a Masters degree in Adult Learning, and Bachelor of Arts degree and Cert 1V in Training and Assessment. Highly personable and articulate, Gina has an inherent understanding of adult learning principles and facilitates learning experiences which are participatory, meaningful and resonant. She specializes in the experiential component of communication fusing theory and practice in a manner that participants will walk away with tangible actions to implement in their Leadership practice.

Registration Policy: If you are unable to attend this event, you may send a substitute delegate in your place at no additional cost. Please advise us of any substitutions as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another event run by Liquid Learning Group Pty Ltd. A 10% service fee may apply. Should you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing as soon as possible and a credit note will be issued valid for use towards any future event held by Liquid Learning Group Pty Ltd in the twelve months following date of issuance. Cancellation notifications received less than 14 days from the event running will receive a credit note to the value of the registration fee less a service fee of $400 plus GST.
