Samantha Naidoo, PrEng, started her career at Maccaferri as adesign technician after graduating from Durban University ofTechnology. She is part of numerous organizations such as ECSA,MSAICE, GIGSA, IWMSA. It was her skills in design and projectmanagement that catapulted her into starting and running herdesign department at Kaytech and it was her flair for strategy,sales and people that landed her as the KZN regional Salesmanager and National Sales Manager only after a year.Samantha’s designs have been a part of the most influentialprojects of this generation and as a female young professionalengineer her drive and passion is in the investment andrecognition of young black girl engineers in this sector.
Samantha has worked as held the following positions whilst in theindustry, Civil Engineering Technologist, Senior Project Engineer,National, Regional Manager of KZN Region.
