Women in Business Regional Network
NEWSLETTERConnecting, supporting, empowering businesswomen in regional areas
Businesswomen were treated to a lesson in book publishing at the
latest Women in Business Regional Network lunch at Victor Harbor on April 29.
The guest speaker was local businesswoman Rom-mie Corso of Hardshell Publishing who has helped many people to achieve their dream of writing and publishing their own books.
She showed many exam-ples of books that had been produced through her ca-reer including colouring and educational books, ref-erence and picture books, cookbooks, novels and life stories.
Although many ladies in the room had never thought about becoming a published author, it was clear that the presentation had also sown the seed of an idea for one or two with some great projects now being considered includ-ing celebrations of major business milestones and life stories.
Rommie said publishing considerations were a lot like the considerations for all entrepreneurs in setting up and running their business.
She said there were three areas to consider:
• Heart – why am I publish-ing or why am I in business?
• Mind – what stage am I at? What can I do myself now and what do I need help with?
• Action – What is my next
step? Who is my audience and how will I reach them?
The presentation cov-ered traditional publishing (where a publisher pays you to write the book), self-pub-lishing and hybrid publishing (a mix of both).
Rommie said writing a book might seem a daunt-ing task but she urged those in the room to consider tak-ing small steps on a regular basis, such as setting aside time to write.
“Bite size is the right size,” she said.
She encouraged every-one in the room to support Australian authors and inde-pendent book stores.
“It costs nothing to like and share social media posts, pages, blogs; write reviews or refer a friend and talk about it,” Rommie said, also adding that we each could all do the same to support each other’s busi-nesses.

Women in Business Regional Network - May 2019 - 3
The importance of business plan-ning was emphasised at the latest Women in Business Regional Net-
work dinner at McLaren Vale’s Meet-ing Place on April 30.
A capacity house of women dis-cussed their own plans and how many recognised the need for them but didn’t know where to start, how to set aside time or how often they should review them.
Network founder Carolyn Jeffrey said her own personal experience was that a lot of day-to-day stress could be relieved through even a simple busi-ness or strategic plan.
“So many of us have ideas or thoughts on what we need to do to grow or fix our businesses, but while they’re up in our head it leaves little room for anything else, including the chance to wind down,” she said.
“Too often too we think of great things and, unless we commit them to paper or computer file and plan the steps it takes to undertake them, they are unlikely to ever come to fruition.”
As well as reducing stress and being able to plan changes and improve-ments to businesses, the business plan was also a vital tool when it comes to trying to obtain finance or in selling a business.
The women at the dinner were urged to consider what their business mission was, their visions for the future, the strengths, weaknesses, opportuni-ties and threats to the business and to also commit to goals.
“It’s important if we’re going to look at setting goals for the next year or
even the longer term that we also put down the steps that need to be taken to achieve them and set deadlines to get the jobs done,” Carolyn said.
“A plan is also a great way to reflect back later and to actually tick off on the business plan all the things that have been achieved. This can be par-ticularly helpful when you’re having a bad day and wondering whether or not being in business is worth it.”
The women were also encouraged to include in their plan the reasons why they started their business and the business history, as this too could be a positive to reflect on in the future if tougher days hit.
Those at the dinner expressed in-terest in holding informal catchups to
effectively keep each other on target when it came to developing and stick-ing to business plans. This is likely to be organised in the future through the network members.
The next dinner will be at the Meet-ing Place on Tuesday, June 11 when Mary-Lou Griffiths of MLG Consulting will be speaking about HR basics, in-cluding staff and contractor issues.

Yorke Peninsula’s women in busi-ness learned there’s more to net-working than just attending func-
tions and being seen, when they took part in the latest Women in Business Regional Network dinners in Kadina and Ardrossan this week.
Anxiety was identified as the big-gest barrier to effective networking with many of those in attendance speaking openly about their fears of approaching people they didn’t know to either secure a sale or to make a valuable business connection.
Network founder Carolyn Jeffrey led the women through frank and open discussion about the need to be able to effectively network with potential suppliers, customers or other business people they could learn from.
“We worked together to develop elevator pitches for the businesses be-cause being able to introduce your-self and confidently and succinctly explain what you do goes a long way towards making a valuable connec-tion with someone from a business per-spective,” Carolyn explained.
“Essentially a businessperson should be able to outline what their business is about in a small amount of words that can be said on a short elevator ride, hence the term elevator pitch.”
Researching potential networking targets and buddying up with another businessperson when attending func-tions were also identified as assisting with effective networking.
The women who attended were encouraged to identify potential net-
working targets, and these were var-ied. Among the targets were those organising the shore activities for the cruise passengers coming to Wallaroo later this year, developers who could provide opportunities for new business ventures and fellow businesspeople who could assist with some of the day-to-day activities of a business such as accounts and marketing.
The women again proved their ea-gerness to attend the network func-tions with some travelling up to one-and-a-half hours to reach the dinners.
The next Women in Business Region-al Network dinners will be held at Kad-ina on June 17 and Port Vincent on June 18.
The focus will be using apps to make business and personal life easier.
At the Kadina dinner were Samara Shane, Michelle Edwards, Carol Burford, Linda Schonfeldt, Tayla Daniel and Kerrin Williams.
At the Ardrossan dinner were Michelle White, Leanne O’Brien, Karen Brokenshire, Kylie Gray, Michelle Edwards and Dana Koennecke.
Yorke women practice networkingNetworking tips
The following are some tips to make networking easier:•Research - Consider who you need to network with and, if possible, find out more about them before making contact. Try LinkedIn or Google to get insight.•Phone a friend - If you’re unsure about being alone at a networking event, consider seeing if someone else might like to go along too. If it’s an event advertised on Facebook you can often see who else is interested. They too may be nervous about going alone.•Use your tools - Make sure you have business cards/flyers about your business on you at all times.•Elevator pitch - Practice being able to confidently tell people what you and your business are about.•Breathe - If nerves make you speak fast or get muddled, stop and take
a breath. We’re all human and noone likes to feel like they’re under attack from a machine gun when in a conversation.•Target the loners - When out at a function seek out those on their own as they’re often nervous about meeting new people too.•Tone down the sell - Networking is about making connections and developing relationships and, in most cases, the hard sell approach just isn’t an effective networking approach.•Followup - Too often people make great connections at events and forget to follow them up. Diarise a note to followup someone you met who make a connection for you.•Watch & listen - Networking is a two-way street and you will get more from the conversation by listening and watching someone’s body language than dominating the conversation.

How long have you been in business? Since October 2018Did you found the business? YesUp to 5 dot points about your business journey: I want to live in a world that supports women, their inner
beauty and brilliance. As a woman in her 50s I’ve raised her family, worked hard
at building a career and was starting to take life in the slow lane. In my true fashion I realised “slow down” wasn’t for me and decided to turn life upside down.
From that point I entered the world of entrepreneurship.
Within six months I had started running a successful business selling ladies affordable, quality clothing at local markets and started my flagship online store.
When you don’t see me at the markets or networking around the area you will find me busily planning for the next stage of my business (lookout for the exciting announce-ment in July) and spending time with my family and friends.

Women in Business Regional Network - May 2019 - 7
Clear up your thoughts and you will gain strength and positive outcomes. This was the mes-
sage for the Women in Business Re-gional Network women when they met at a dinner in Victor Harbor on Monday, May 13.
The guest speaker was Mount Com-pass businesswoman, author and life coach Cathy Domoney who assists clients throughout the world to better utilise their thinking and minds for both personal and business success.
It was one of the largest crowds for a network dinner and the feedback was that many in the room could al-ready see how they could change their thinking processes.
Cathy encouraged the women to rid their mind of unhelpful thoughts; to stop thinking the worst case scenario; and to seek out the possibilities rather than seeing obstacles.
With businesswomen often juggling a number of roles, including that of mother and wife, it was also important for women to set boundaries, and to accept it’s okay to say no to some people or pathways; to say yes to op-portunities or to say nothing at all and just nod in some instances.
Through telling the story of Portia Nel-son: An Autobiography in Five Chap-ters, Cathy was also able to simply demonstrate that if we keep doing the same thing over and over and think-ing the same thoughts repeatedly we can’t expect to get a different or bet-ter outcome. We have to change the way we think and the actions we take.
The women were encouraged to go away and identify what was toxic in their life and thoughts, to connect with themselves and to start using their voice (both inner and outer) to draw personal power.
A number of tools were mentioned that could assist in life redesigning, including vision boards, desire state-ments, visualisations and affirmations.
The next Victor Harbor function for the Women in Business Regional Net-work will be a lunch on Wednesday, June 12 at the Hotel Crown when Graeme Jameson from Fleurieu & Hills Insurance will speak on the ins and outs of business insurance.
Declutter your mind to find powerKellie Moffatt, Julie Potter, Karen Shields, June Finlay with, at back Kathy Roberts, Helen Sampson and Samantha De Lorenzo.

Rommie Corso, Shirley Sunter, Hazel Wain-wright and Karen Green.
Jessica Brodey, Kerryn Shaw with, at back, Leanne Reynolds, guest speaker Cathy Do-money and Julie Irwin.
Lessons to shareThe following are the four processes to achieve clarity of voice, as outlined by Cathy at the dinner:•Clarity of mind - Identify & clear the toxicity, then remove the sludge.•Connection to self - Be clear on who you are, what you want and identify what no longer serves you. Reinvent yourself free of old programming and habits.•Unleash your voice - Use your voice as a channel of your power. Say no, yes or nothing at all.•Design your life - Use desire statements, vision boards, visualisations, affirmations, power thoughts to redesign a better life for yourself.

The minefield of human resource management was the topic for the
latest Women in Business Regional Network lunch at Murray Bridge.
The speaker was network member Mary-Lou Griffiths from MLG Consulting who outlined recent legislation and court cases that had paved the way for changes to the way casuals could be classified and paid in terms of their leave and superan-nuation entitlements.
Mary-Lou spoke at length, and answered many ques-tions, about the need for detailed paperwork when engaging staff. This includ-ed providing them with an employment contract which outlined their entitle-ments and their role, as well as policies and procedures for a range of day-to-day considerations including
motor vehicle use, leave and confidentiality.
Much discussion also sur-rounded the differences be-
tween sub-contractors and employees with the women at the lunch being urged to ensure they have up-to-
date signed contracts with their sub-contractors which outline exactly the nature of the working arrangement.
Mary-Lou said often issues arose between staff and management or between a business and a sub-con-tractor simply because the arrangements and expec-tations hadn’t been made clear between the parties in the first instance.
The lunch was once again held at Wong’s Happy Gathering which has been the host since the Murray Bridge chapter began.
For a change, the next network function will be a lunch on Monday, June 24 at the Swanport Hotel when the topic will be business planning; why it’s important to have a plan and how you can easily prepare a basic strategic plan for your own business.
Casual employment status discussed
Guest speaker Mary-Lou Griffiths, Samantha Krollig, Ros Wong with, at front, Sharleen Vandeleur were among the women to at-tend the luncheon to discuss HR issues.
Businesswomen were treated to some practi-cal sales tips when the
network met in Strathalbyn on May 21.
The guest speaker was Mardi Badcock, the man-ager of Regal Sleep Solu-tions in Mount Barker, who has more than 25 years’ ex-perience in sales, including within the very competitive medical sales field.
She said there had been a dramatic shift from trans-actional selling (basically exchanging money for a product) to more solution and relationship-based sell-ing, whereby customers had their needs understood before a sale was made.
“Everything in the world is changing,” Mardi said.
“You have to look at what you can do to be innova-tive in your business and in your selling.
“Solution selling is more about focusing on the cus-tomer; their needs and their problem.”
Mardi also encouraged those at the dinner to de-velop “power statements” about their products and businesses.
She gave examples from within the business she man-ages such as “recommend-
ed by over 3000 health professionals” and “30 day money back guarantee”.
The main selling tips she emphasised included ask-ing meaningful questions of the customer; actively listen-ing to the customer; open-ing with a smile, a hand-shake and an introduction; and to not be afraid to ask for the sale.
Mardi strongly believes it is the personal connection a sales person makes with a customer that determines their success in a sale.
“Successful sales people create a connection with the customer by bringing their own personal touch to
the sales process,” she said.“People buy from people
that they like and can relate to.”
She said sales had come a long way from the days where companies provid-ed their staff with a script to deliver. Now, it was impor-tant for the sales person to connect with the product or service and be able to de-liver the message on a more personal level.
“You have to be able to say it in your own words,” Mardi said.
The next Women in Busi-ness Regional Network din-ner at the Victoria Hotel Strathalbyn on Tuesday, July
2 will be addressed by Ste-phen Shotton, from Region-al Development Australia Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island.
Mardi shares her top selling tips
Karina Irvine, guest speaker Mardi Badcock, Trish Connolly, Jane Campbell with, at front, Rachel Howard and Cindy Westphalan were among the women to attend the sales function at Strathal-byn.
Selling Tips• Build rapport with your customer through introducing yourself, smiling, offering a professional handshake and maintaining eye contact & energy.• Power statements: Develop and learn statements about your business that can be used effectively to sell your business’ benefits.• Ask questions that are meaningful, but also have a sales focus.• Listen actively to the customer’s answers and show interest through nodding, leaning forward and verbal responses such as “I see”.• Close the sale by recapping their problems and the solutions you can offer and “don’t be afraid to ask for their business”.

Rebekah Watkins from Coast Com-munications Fleurieu/Victor Tele-phone Data Antennas in Currency
Creek is one of a number of our mem-bers who are part of husband/wife and family enterprises.
Read her profile below to find out more about her business and her jour-ney:
Name: Rebekah WatkinsBusiness name: Coast Communica-
tions Fleurieu / Victor Telephone Data Antennas
Phone: 0405 774 060Email: [email protected]: www.coastcomms.comPhysical Address: 25 Nash Road,
Currency Creek - we are mobile and we work in between Middleton and Goolwa.
What does your business do?: Coast Communications installs all types of antennas and satellite dishes. We are experts at data cabling and comput-er networking, telephone networking, NBN modifications and set-up, wifi boosting, mobile phone repeaters, business telephone systems, security systems, CCTV, health safety alerts, and trouble shooting.
What area do you cover?: We cover the entire Fleurieu region.
Background: We have had for the business since 2000 but it was found-ed by my husband Anthony’s father in 1992 as Victor Telephones. They were based in Victor Harbor, but we have since moved to Currency Creek where it is quieter, and found our old business name Victor Telephones was very lim-iting to just one town on the Fleurieu, especially when we travel all over the region and sometimes beyond. As a result we created another business name Coast Communications Fleurieu that encompasses not just phones, but all types of communication services.
My father-in-law started Victor
Telephones in 1992 when he was retrenched as part of Telecom’s changeover to Telstra. He then trained Anthony (who was a qualified baker at the time) and handed over the business in 2000 in which I did the paperwork and Anthony was the sole hand-on worker. We had to create all accounting software and forms for our new business while I worked at the City of Victor Harbor.
We found it hard getting a reliable casual helper for the business as it grew, so in 2011 I handed in my resig-nation at the City of Victor Harbor to become a trainee telecommunica-tions technician and became An-thony’s fully-qualified assistant on the tools.
In 2015 our oldest son Jamie, who has Aspergers, started working with us and in 2016 became a trainee tel-ecommunications technician and gained his full licence. Jamie excels in the detail of workmanship but takes a great deal longer than we have time for on most jobs. He needs to be stepped through every new job thor-oughly, which is very time consuming. Once he knows a job site he is very
thorough and precise. Unfortunately most of our jobs are once-offs so we use him mainly on the large jobs. Al-though he cannot work full-time with us because of this we have been able to re-direct him into training on the ad-ministration side of the business.
In 2018 our youngest son Daniel de-cided to join our team and became a trainee telecommunications techni-cian and it is working well.
Since Daniel has joined our team I have been able to step back into a more clerical role as I struggled with the physical side of the job, and after injuries in my shoulders and arms, now I have the time to re-assess our business policies, strategies and advertising, this is where I have had time to investigate what is available to us in this region and join this group.
What have you learned on your busi-ness journey?: Through this journey I have come to realise that women cannot physically do ‘anything a man can do’. Sure, we have the brains, but we are by no means equal to men who have the physical strength to do things that I could only do if I was a very strong female - unfortunately I am not. I thought I could do anything they can, but have had to take a big spoonful of respect for the things men - even small men - can do that I have had to acknowledge in my defeat. I am using my skills in administration again and enhancing this through continual online training.
Why did you join the network: I joined the Women in Business Region-al Network to learn more on how to run our business more effectively and pick up any tips to improve our system and also to get our name out there amongst the locals and other busi-nesses as I noticed this group focuses on networking. We have heard many times how people have not heard of us, even though we have been here on the South Coast for over 20 years.

in the inaugural 2019 Langhorne Creek Wedding Trail event organised by fel-low member and nationally awarded wedding caterer and organiser, Cindy Westphalen.
Not even a bit of rain could dampen the spirits of the 200 engaged couples, families, parents and bridal parties from around the state that wandered through the five fully-styled wedding venues and spoke to more than 80 suppliers.
Among the members to participate were:
• Sonya Lorenz from Metal & Stone Jewellers at Strathalbyn;
• Annie Somerford-Williams from Marry Me Annie;
• Christine Steinert from Oasis Gar-dens Function Centre at Belvidere;
• Karina Irvine from Kaleidoscopic Travel; and
• Organiser Cindy Westphalen of Cindy’s Classic Gourmet and Wood-burn Homestead;
Complimentary tickets entitled the guests to entertainment, demonstra-tions, food and wine tastings, and a truly immersive experience of each venue and the exclusive Langhorne Creek region.
The venues included Oasis Gardens Function Centre (owned by member Christine Steinert), Belvidere Winery, Belvidere Memorial Hall, The Wine-house and Cindy’s own venue, Wood-burn Homestead.
The Langhorne Creek Wedding Trail is an initiative of Wedding Tourism, one of Cindy’s recently launched brands which aims to harness and leverage the tourism investment associated with weddings.
Close to 70 per cent of guests inter-ested in and visiting on the day of the 2019 Langhorne Creek Wedding Trail travelled from Adelaide.
“Inviting visitors to this diverse part of the Fleurieu, less than an hour away, creates memories which will draw these guests back to the region for wine tasting, a daytrip or a ‘stayca-tion’,” Cindy said.
“Any time businesses and the local community come together to show-case their offerings, the benefits radi-ate throughout the region.”
Planning is already underway for a 2020 Wedding Trail event.

Three members of the Women in Business Regional Network were recently honoured to be asked to
address a retreat in Victor Harbor, de-signed to empower migrant women and equip them with new skills.
The event, at Adare Conference Centre, was organised by Victoria Kenny of the Vickay Talk Show, and involved about 40 migrant women, mostly from African countries.
The women were not only from the Adelaide suburbs, but had also trav-elled as far as Melbourne to be part of the weekend.
Network members Moira Jenkins from Aboto psychology services, and also Victor Harbor’s mayor, and mira-cle mindset mentor Cathy Domoney from Mount Compass provided pres-entations on bullying and unclutter-ing your mind, while network founder Carolyn Jeffrey participated in a pan-el discussion involving some selected and inspiring women in business.
Victor Harbor member Stephanie Altus of 1 Big Goal also came in for mention in a presentation by Ade-laide-based publisher Shilpa Agarwal
who had assisted Stephanie when she published her book My Faded Uniform last year when she told the story of her fight with PTSD.

Carolyn Brow from Myponga is the first specialised nail and beauty salon owner to join the
membership of the Women in Business Regional Network.
The following is her profile:Name: Carolyn BrowBusiness: Pink Perfection Nails and
BeautyLocation: 30 Verde Drive, MypongaPhone: 0400 113 407What does the business do?: Wax-
ing, facials, tanning, eyelash lifts, ex-tensions and tinting, manicures, pedi-cures, SNS nails, gel extensions, polish and shellac. I’m currently training to do acrylic nails.
The business is open Monday, Tues-day, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am-8pm; Thursday 9.30am-4.30pm and Saturday 10am-7pm.
Background: I studied at Heather Langton Beauty Academy in 2018 and
opened my home salon on December 13, 2018. I pride myself in providing a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for my clients and always strive to ensure that my clients leave feeling pampered and happy with the service they have received.
Prior to starting my business I cared for my mother who lived with me for
28 years. For five years of that time she suffered dementia, so I gave up my job as an invoice clerk at Big W Sea-ford to care for her full time.
I also assist my daughter, who is a single parent and a nurse to look after my five-year-old grandson and eight-year-old granddaughter.
What have you learned from your business journey? Although my jour-ney in business has been only five months I have learned to try not to doubt myself and my abilities to attain the high standards that I set for myself, being a perfectionist this is something I struggle with in all aspects of my life!
I have had the pleasure of meeting some lovely people and am always trying to learn new ways to promote myself and my business to gain new clients.
Why did you join the network: To gain support and insight into the world of business.
Carolyn’s ‘Pink Perfection’ at Myponga
The Smiling Samoyed Brewery was the setting for the first Women in Business Regional Network lunch for
McLaren Vale surrounds, with cost-ef-fective marketing on the agenda.
Network founder Carolyn Jeffrey led discussion about how to identify your target customer, opportunities for free and inexpensive marketing and how to monitor the effectiveness of your marketing spend.
The women were asked to reflect on what happens when they go shopping without a list, and then use this analo-gy when thinking about their market-ing budget: no marketing plan and you usually end up spending where you shouldn’t and not spending where you should.
The session covered a wide array of marketing options including business cards, sponsorships, collaborations, networking, and even how to get no-ticed in the media.
“Very often business people get asked on the hop for sponsorship, but don’t necessarily consider whether or not the organisation is in their custom-er demographic,” Carolyn said.
“Worse still, they sign up for sponsor-ships and then don’t take advantage of all the sponsorship package offers them.”
The function welcomed many new-comers, many of whom were able to make valuable connections with other businesswomen and even dis-cussed opportunities to work together to cross-promote their businesses.
“It’s great the way the women freely share their own experiences in mar-keting (both good and bad), as this is really what the network was created
for,” Carolyn said.“As part of these sessions we en-
courage women to gain confidence to talk about their own businesses and themselves, as that’s one thing wom-en don’t do well, promoting and mar-keting themselves.”
The next McLaren Vale function will be a dinner on June 11 at The Meeting Place where Mary-Lou Griffiths of MLG Consulting will be speaking about HR Basics for those with staff and sub-con-tractors.
The next lunch will be held at Ang-
oves McLaren Vale on Wednesday, July 3 when business planning will be on the agenda.

Having your brand featured on a major national television show may not be on the business plan
for everyone, but, let’s face it, who would say no to the opportunity?
And so it was for Glow Heating Cooling Electrical which was recent-ly among the brands included in the Channel 7 reality show House Rules, and can now use the banner “Proud supplier to House Rules 7” in its adver-tising.
The business’s Middleton store man-ager Karen Green, who is also mum to the brand’s co-owner Brooke Green and one of our newest members, was more than thrilled about the promo-tional opportunity that was provided.
Queensland couple Shayn and Carly received a score of 10 from Lisa and Andy after choosing the white In-victa Tennesee Wood Heater for their Woodcroft home renovation project. The loungeroom itself brought tears to the eyes of Lisa, which then prompted a similar response from Carly.
Karen explained that although be-ing chosen to have a product fea-tured in the show was a thrill, one of the challenges the suppliers face is to contain their excitement enough to keep it a secret.
Suppliers must sign strict confidenti-ality agreements, so little can be re-vealed about their involvement.
Although most of us might expect that money changes hands to get the
chance to be included on a show like House Rules, Karen said this was not the case.
“Shayn and Carly simply came into the showroom at Warradale and made the selection,” she explained.
And, although being included on the show, and being able to capitalise on social media promotional opportu-nities as a result, it is unfortunate that although Glow has been inundated with inquiry about the white wood heater, that model has now been dis-continued.
However, Karen assures everyone there’s still plenty of other options available at both the Warradale and Middleton stores.
Glow Heating Cooling Electrical specialises in supplying, installing, ser-vicing and repairing air conditioners, wood heaters, heating systems, solar panel systems and carries out all types of electrical work.
The South Coast store can be con-tacted on 8554 2860 or the city store on 8397 6100. For more details visit www.glowhce.com.au.
Glow makes it onto House Rules
Glow Heating Cooling Electrical’s white wood heater took pride of place in the House Rules loungeroom created by Shayn and Carly.
Kaleidoscopic Travel are of-fering you the chance to enjoy a night out, watch a
film and to hear about the lat-est trends in family travel.
Have you heard of multi-gen-eration holidays?
It’s a fancy term for holidays that everyone can enjoy - Mum, Dad, Kids, Grandparents or Single Aunties and Uncles.
“We know that organising one family holiday can be a challenge, let alone getting an entire group of families on the same page, so we’re here to help,” Karina Irvine, a Kaleido-scopic Travel franchisee in Ad-elaide’s southern suburbs said.
“Our travel designers have between 10 and 20 years’ ex-perience working in travel and have travelled extensively.
“Many of us have families and have plenty of tips and hints to ensure your family holiday or
group holiday will be stress free, enjoyable and an experience to be remembered.”
Before the chance to watch the film The Extraordinary Jour-ney of the Fakir, you’ll get the chance to be inspired by our short presentation on the latest holiday trends.
It’s the opportunity to shout your parents, your best friend or your sibling to a night out on Kaleidoscopic Travel, and, who knows, you might even inspire them to take you on holiday.
The free movie session will be held on Tuesday, June 18 at the Capri Theatre at Goodwood.
Tickets are free but must be booked through Eventbrite or by phoning 1800 854 905.
