Objectives• To improve women skills and competences to involve them
in the labour market.• To transfer Prodest’s Women Entrepreniural Model from
Italy to partner countries;• To adapt the Model according to territoral and
sectorial/subsectorial needs:- ex. Textil where women are traditionaly involved;- ex. Industry Automation where women are less represented.
• To spread results to the stakeholders to enlarge the impact of the project.
• To enhance the gender equality.
Results
• Increasing women entreprises in partner countries;
• Promoting the best practices in this field;• Enhancing the quality of learning system;• Enhancing women involvement in the labour
market;• European networking.
