11. Examinations and tests

The type examination of the central opening landing door MER 2P existed fromassessing the technical file and laboratory test report. The test was executed onMay 7, 2010 at FIRES , s.r.o. Slovakia. All results for fire resistance are described inFIRES report no. FIRES-FR-089-10-NUNE. Liftinstituut recognizes the test andresults. Report FIRES-FR-089-1 O-NUNE is part of this examination (see annex 2).

12. Results

After the final test the fire resistance results of the lift landing door were ranked inaccordance with the requirements (classification) of the standard EN 81-58. Seereport FIRES-FR-089-1 O-NUNE Appendix No. 1 for field of direct application of testresults.

13. Conclusions

Sased upon the results of the type-examination, Liftinstituut SV. issues a certificatefor the fire resistance of the Bulut Makina central opening landing door MER 2P.The type-examination certificate is only valid for products which are in conformity withthe same specifications as the type-certified product. Products deviating of thesespecifications need additional examination by Liftinstituut in order to determinewhether a new type-examination certificate is necessary. Additional examination shallbe requested by the certificate holder.The type examination certificate is issued based on the requirements that are valid atthe date of issue. Liftinstituut reserves all rights regarding the validity of the certificatewith respect to changes in requirements or changes in state of the art of the product.
