Resolution: Verify bar code is enabled for scanning

Resolution: Verify quantity falls within overdelivery tolerance on source order line

Resolution: Verify receiving menu item is not blocked for ASNs/utilize a license plate

Cycle Count Plans Issue: Partial location counts not creating work by item

Resolution: Verify work line breaks are configured on the work template and that the

template is associated to the cycle count plan

Cycle Count Reviews Issue: Pending review work not being generated

Resolution: Verify user is not a cycle count supervisor

Replenishments Error: No work was created

Resolution: Verify sufficient quantity is available in the “from” location/profile/zone

Resolution: Verify quantity is not reserved and/or user is set-up to move inventory with

Resolution: Verify inventory is available and physically reserved

Work Issue: Item allocation failed

Resolution: Verify quantity is available in pick location(s) per location directive set-up

Short Pick Issue: Not being prompted to reallocate

Resolution: Verify work exception is configured for item reallocation/user is enabled for

manual item reallocation (if applicable)

Unpick Issue: Need to reverse full/partial pick

Resolution: Verify quantity to unpick from load line ‘Reduce picked quantity’ form

Loads Issue: Cannot ship confirm

Resolution: Verify all load line quantities have been fully picked to the final shipping

location/load is in a ‘Loaded’ status/underdelivery is allowed (if applicable)
