Your club’s statements will be accessible via WMMR.
CLUB TREASURERS will be able pay monthly balances via WMMR.
From the WMMR Logged On Page, click the Statements link, then click Pay Now.
All clubs will be able make credit card payments by VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express.

How to Submit Activity
Reports
On the home page, click on “District” link from the Reporting drop down
Type your Username & Password, as provided by the District & then press “Login”
After you log in, this is the welcome screen you will see. Please click on “Service Activity Reports” as highlighted above.
Click on the “Submit” button, next to the Activity name, whose report you want to submit
Submitting Activity Reports – Community & Development
1. At the time of filling up any of the activities reports, the fields marked with “1” will be filled automatically based on your profile. Members will not have the option to edit these fields
2. Select the month for which you want to submit the report. Once you select the month, provide details as required. Fields left blank will automatically be submitted as Zero
3. Click next to Preview and Submit the Report
Once you have Previewed the report and clicked on Submit, your report has been submitted. You will then be take back to the Service Activity Report Page. Choose another service for which you want to submit the report.
Sight Services ReportRepeat the steps as mentioned earlier.
Note that points highlighted with 1 will come automatically based on your profile.
You need to select the month for which you are submitting the report, provide the details and then click Next.
Once you click next, you will shown a preview of the report. Once you click submit there, then the report will be submitted.

How to submit Administrative & Service Account
Reports
Please click on “Accounting Reports” as highlighted above.
Click on the “Submit” button, next to the Accounts report name, you want to submit
Administrative Accounts Reports
1. At the time of filling up any of the report, the fields marked with “1” will be filled automatically based on your profile. Members will not have the option to edit these fields
2. Select the month for which you want to submit the report. Once you select the month, provide details as required. Fields left blank will automatically be submitted as Zero
3. Select the date of the board meeting in which the above accounts were passed
4. Click “Submit” to Preview and Submit the Report
Once you have Previewed the report and clicked on Submit, your report has been submitted. You will then be take back to the
Accounts Report Page. Choose another Report for which you want to submit the report.
Administrative Accounts ReportRepeat the steps as mentioned earlier.
