HEADERS
Could be just text
May include an image or logo
Usually in top left corner, sometimes centre
May have a tagline (additional explanatory text)

Images should be at least 820 pixels (px) wide
Suggested size 820 x 250px
A pixel is a single point of light on a screen
IMAGES
You want to maintain a reasonable
resolution, whilst keeping the file size
as small as possible.
It’s a balance!
EDITING AN IMAGE
http://pixlr.com
Resize to the widest dimension e.g. 820px wide
Crop to desired dimensions e.g. 820 x 250px
Can add text etc.

WORDPRESS
There are 2 main ways of publishing content in
WordPress:
Pages
Posts
PAGES
Pages are for static content that is not likely to
change or be updated e.g. contact form.
POSTS
Posts are like magazine articles. They are used to
publish new content on a semi-regular basis.
